Hi Basically the global entry is the express lane for coming home from overseas. Is Global Entry everywhere? Well, no. Currently, there are (45 US airports in the Global Entry program with some scattered in Canada, Guam, and Ireland). Punta Cana is not on the list so If you have to clear customs there it looks like they do not have Global Entry. if you have to clear customs in Chicago they do have the glogal entry. Hi The best way to change a flight that is connected to a companion is to just cancel the companion reservation first. Then you will be able to make changes to your reservation and you keep the same conformation number and once your done add the companion again. Sometimes easier than calling.

Hi Sometimes direct flights are only seasonal and are only for 1-2 months not year round. I know here in the north east you can only get direct flight from Pvd to Pbi in Feb-Mar.

Hi Im a little confused! You should have your own Rapid Rewards account and your company should have their own. The person flying the flight gets the points for flying that flight regardless of who pays for the ticket. Your company may purchase the ticket which they are entitled to all the points for that. When you fly the flight, those points are yours. I my opinion your company can't take your points. Good luck!

You must wait until your travel credit has expired in order to request an extension. If you call before your funds expire you will be told to wait and call back after the your travel credit expires. The LUV voucher expiration date will be exactly six months from the day that Southwest sends it to you by email. Call SWA @ 855-234-4654

Hi Well.. you are going to have to cancel your wife's reservation first to get yor points back. I would wait until you know you have the companion pass before you cancel your wife's ticket, and make sure the flights not sold out. When you do get the companion pass all you need to do is go into your Rapid Rewards account and look at your future flights and you will see where it says add companion. Or you can just call on the phone.

Hi You only have to pay the difference in fare if you booked the Wana Get Away ticket. If you booked an Anytime, or Business Select ticket you can change to a different flight that day at no charge if seats are available.

HI You may want to check the expiration date on the funds. Your funds are only good from the date you purchased it, not the date of the flight. If for some reason you forget to use your credit or it expires, I believe you can pay a small fee and they will extend the expiration.

HI You don't have to use your points just for flights. If you have the Southwest Credit card you can redeem your points @ Southwest Rapid Rewards More Rewards for many things including gift cards.

Hi I know last year they did but do not know if that has changed. If you just got the credit card and received your points just log into your Rapid Rewards account and it will show you how many points you have towards the companion pass. Just a tip, if you are thinking about getting the credit card sign up for it towards the end of the year because your going to want the 50,000 points to post in you account at the earliest part of 2017. Because now you will only need to earn 60,000 points for the rest of the year!!

Hi There are many other ways to earn points every month to keep you account active. You just don't earn them from flying. There are many ways, The Southwest credit card, Southwest dining, free on line surveys at E-miles, and Southwest Rapid Rewards shopping and Southwest partners. The points post every month so you don't have to worry if you do not fly in two years!

My name is Frank McCulley, Jr., and I have been a Southwest Rapid Rewards member since 1999. Because of social media we post all of our vacations on Facebook and I have been constantly asked how we are able to get away so much.
I explain to people that it is because of Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards program and their response Is, “What is that? Tell me more! I have been asked so many times to explain what it is, so I decided to write a book about it and it’s called “The Magic of Points: The greatest way to travel.” This book is about how to earn and use points.
I have always had a passion for travel and have wanted to share that passion. Because of the Southwest Rapid Rewards program and making a few changes in the way I make purchases I have been greatly rewarded. All thanks to Southwest!
Over the past six years I have earned hundreds and thousands of points and have been fortunate enough to qualify for the Companion Pass. I have taken my wife on over 50 domestic and international round trip flights.
Anyone making travel choices today would make a much better decision if they only knew the true benefits of how much the Southwest Rapid Rewards program will change their life. It completely changed my life! There is no better feeling then knowing you have the freedom to travel and don’t have to worry how you are going to pay for it.
Friends of ours who have not traveled for many years because they believed they could not afford it are now traveling again because of the knowledge I provided them and the benefits of Southwest Rapid Rewards. I feel so grateful that I was able to help them.
I was an electrician for almost 20 years and although I was very good at it, I always felt like I should be doing something else. Losing people that are close to you makes you realize that there may not be a tomorrow and all the thoughts and things that you were going to do in the future may not happen.
All along I had been living with the thought "I can do it tomorrow," but now I do it today. I am following my dreams and living life today making memories and travelling to places that I always dreamed of.
