FYI: This isn't a Southwest customer service channel, it's a forum where people can exchange stories and comments. I have no recent experience with getting a gate pass, but I do know that it shouldn't be difficult to get one unless they are limited due to heavy volume at security.    For an "official" answer, I recommend reaching out to Southwest via Twitter. ...
