Most large companies like SW have W2’s available on line. Handing out individually logistically would never happen. Follow Kelby’s recommendation.

@iandrewnub fortunately for SW, they always have a pool of well qualified applicants. With that being said, the interview process is long and detailed. My advice is to continue to check your dashboard on a regular basis for updates. I know it’s hard, but being patient will only benefit you. Remember to stay positive, and don’t let the “other” comments on the discussion board get you down. Their perception of the process is not yours!

@jr5652 under review is still a good sign. You still have a chance! Don’t worry about the posts you are seeing on Facebook. Who knows how long the process took for them? Best thing you can do now is be patient. Continue to stay positive, and don’t let others success or rejection muddy your head.

@kullboys12 sorry to hear about the important photos that you had on your phone. Are you double checked to see if the photos are on your cloud? Have you checked in recently with SW to see the status of your claim? If not, I suggest you send SW a DM via Twitter. Give them all of the information from the flight including to/from airports, flight numbers, claim number, type of phone, etc. it never feels good to lose something that is priceless to you. I hope the phone does turn up.

Having a misdemeanor and a bad driving record honesty doesn’t benefit you, but I also don’t think it will disqualify your overall chances. You are the only one who is going to drive the success and wants you have.

@Bella12 Anyone can take classes at a JC so yes, you can take a Travel & Tourism class. You can always call and speak to the Administration at a JC for more details. Just remember to stay positive, and don’t let anyone’s comments about the struggle to land a job with SWA hinder you. You are the one who will set the tone for your dream job. Good luck to you!

@Bella12 have you looked into taking courses at Junior Colleges that focus on Travel and Tourism? If not, that to me sounds like a great place to start and gain knowledge. After you have the knowledge, then start looking into job opportunities.

@UpsetMommy I can feel the disappointment in your words reading this. I feel for you, and wish things would have turned out differently. I know how valuable time is, and the reality of never getting that back. My experience with SW is they aim to make it up to you when situations arise. I hope you experience the same type of service.
