Lightening Display at 40,000 feet!   SWA crews were incredible, can't imagine what my experience would have been without those awesome folks!  Video is just  over 10 min long, but worth the time.  Wouldn't want to fly another airline, love this SWA community!   ... View more

Anyone willing to share their experiences with SWA staff assisting you with transport and staying with you until your flight?  I'm flying in 2 days and anxiety increasing due to TBI/PCS/complex PTSD.  Will be at airport by myself 4 hrs before flight.  Any advice, encouragement, other would be greatly appreciated. ... Heading to visit family in NY next month.  With round trip and layovers will be in airports 6x and on 4 flights.  I don't have a fear of flying but have a TBI, PCS and related issues.  I avoid crowded noisy places other than at work.  Are there any SWA services available to help make my experience more pleasant?  Any advice as well would be greatly appreciated. ...
