You can use points here as well. Minors can chat with the gate agent if they need to board earlier for specific reasons too.

You're right that it's harder to find people complimenting, since this a forum where folks seek help and/or complain about things that happen. There's a massive following of happy Customers too. However, haters will always hate.

Chase has a team that handles these promotions, specific to each credit card. Ask to transfer there. Once they make a change, you might see it after your next statement close.

You can try reaching out via Twitter to Customer Service but sometimes, that's really what they can do (unfortunately). They might also be able to provide a refund for gas, food, etc/
