I recently traveled from phx to dtw. Bought upgraded boarding passes for my wife and I. 17 preboarder and their company. We had A5 and A13. By the time we boarded we had to go to the middle of the plane. After the flight we when to luggage, low and behold one of the preboard passengers had a luggage cart and loaded 2 large suitcases and a full size cooler with no physical problem. Why pay an extra $100 for upgraded boarding. Also when we were unloading the 17 wheelchair attendance were plugging the jet way by turning wheelchairs around in the narrow jet why. May be time to search for a new airline.

Thank you, I know I was not crazy. I thought have saved a pic of the promo but not. Neither southwest or chase could find it. I did get 3k bonus points 2 days before the 8/31. We will see if I get the other points.

Therr stock is about 30% since the pandemic. I would say they are doing well and screwed faithful rapid rewards members. Remember rapid rewards dont expire but can lose valuation. Where is that said by southwest.

I use southwest charge cards all the time and have quite afew hundred thousands of points stored. This devaluation is not good. Southwest stock has increased invalue over $15 per share. I will be seeking alternative change card rewards.

I have to disagree that it is a bonus. Southwest rules govern that. It gives more insentives to fly more and spend more on your southwest cards quicker in the year. So i am sure Southwest makes out well. I used the credit card alot during the early months of 2020 and earned the companion pass ad covid hit. So I and all the others who earned the companion pass in early 2020 for 2021 should have been given some relieve. Oh by the way the way the 25000 bonus points were not needed. I think I may start using other credit cards with cash back.

As long as you signed up for the promotion you should be good. You can Google the promotion and it will pop up. I am on board with that promotion and it also disappeared on my rapid reward site. The new promotion is listed.

I earned my companion pass for 2021 in April of 2020. Worked very hard at it. Have not been able to take advantage of the extra benifit do to the virus. I sure hope Southwest takes another look and offers an exstension. Thank you Jeff

Not unhappy at all that others could not fly. I had to cancel all of my flights. I earned the pass by spending. The 25k boost did nothing for me. I would have thought southwest would awarded A list status or some other reward.

I reached companion pass qualification in late March by using the spend tools available. The 25,000 boost that southwest gave all rapid rewards customers did absolutely nothing for me or the people who earned the pass. I am very disappointed in southwest.

Southwest ran a bonus points promotion nov.2019 thur feb. 2020. If you posted 25000 points in that time frame you are supposed to be awarded 25% bonus points. I have talked to southwest and the sent me back to chase . Anybody else been awarded those bonus points yet.

My points usually post a day or 2 after the closing date. Not this month though. My closing date was April 9th. Still waiting. Also the promotional 25% bonus points that ended in Feb. Still have not posted.
