Currently with SWABiz they are offering 3x tier qualifying points.
Earn 3X tier qualifying points toward A-List and/or A-List Preferred when you register, book through business channels, then fly.*
my question is when I select my flight is says Earn 4260 points. Does that mean I will receive 12780 points toward A-List?

I have A-list and a companion pass and my wife just qualified for a companion pass. If I make a reservation with her and I (using my account) and we both select one of our children as our companion will they board with us? I know my companion will but if my wife adds a companion to the reservation I made will her companion fall into sequential boarding?

Yesterday I received notice my flight was changed and I called. Wait time was 92 minutes. It gave me 2 options. 1. Request a call back or 2. Hold. I selected option 3 which is my preferred method, contact them in Twitter. Within a few minutes they rebooked my flight and I was happy. use Twitter as mush as possible. I stopped calling, even with A-List I’ve found the wait times to be atrocious.

It wont let you apply. I am going into a Chase branch to check.

Southwest has removed the business credit card from their site and chase no longer allows you to apply. Has there been any mention of this ending? When I call customer service they have no clue why it’s gone.

I've had 8 trips canceled and 3 rescheduled. It's no biggie since they make it right by allowing you 14 days either direction (departure or return) to rebook at no cost. I've spoken to agents many times and they all say the same thing "Demand for flights aren't there, so they are removing flights and the computer is rebooking passengers." They always offer me a refund and are very accommodating to rebook me on different flights, nearby towns or different days at my request. I for one am impressed with SW and how accommodating they are. I have family members who booked with American Airlines and they will rebook you but you pay the difference, SW doesn't.

This is fantastic news! Link to Details Here Tier Status & Companion Pass Benefits For our current A-List and A-List Preferred Members, we are extending your current earned status through December 31, 2021. For our current Companion Pass Members, we are extending your current earned Companion Pass benefits through June 30, 2021. For all Rapid Rewards® Members, we recognize that your normal flying behavior has been interrupted, limiting progress you may have been making toward qualification for A-List, A-List Preferred, and Companion Pass. For that reason, we are giving all Rapid Rewards Members a “boost” of 15,000 tier qualifying points and 10 flight credits toward A-List and A-List Preferred status, and 25,000 Companion Pass qualifying points and 25 flight credits toward Companion Pass status. Travel Funds Previously, Customers’ travel funds that have expired or would have expired between March 1 – June 30, 2020, or travel funds that were created because of a cancellation between March 1 – June 30, 2020, had an expiration date of June 30, 2021. We are now expanding the window of funds eligible for extended expiration dates and extending the expiration date of these funds. Funds that are set to expire or funds that are created between March 1, 2020, and September 7, 2020, will have an expiration date of September 7, 2022. This gives Customers who had travel funds created in connection with this pandemic—or who won’t be comfortable traveling this summer—additional time to retake that same trip or explore a different destination. It will take our Technology Team a few days to make these changes and more details on this extension can be found here. Additionally, we have added a new benefit for our valued Rapid Rewards Members. Those Members who have travel funds that are set to expire or funds that are created between March 1, 2020, and September 7, 2020, will have the option to convert those travel funds into Rapid Rewards® points at the same rate you would be able to purchase a ticket with points today. We hope this provides our Members ultimate flexibility as Rapid Rewards points never expire, never have cancel or change fees (fare difference may apply), and you can redeem your points for anyone you choose. Our Technology Team is working to build this conversion capability, and we will be in touch when it is ready for you to use. In the meantime, you don’t need to take any action—your travel funds will be automatically extended for the two years mentioned above, and you will be able to make this conversion once we bring this new functionality to fruition.

We are going to Cancun in Oct and want to bring charitable items for disabled children. The best option was a plastic storage bin but my concern is if these are allowed as checked luggage. I measured it and it’s 60.5” total so size wise I am fine and I plan to keep it under 50 lbs. will I have any issues checking these? I see cardboard boxes all the time but no plastic bins.

I wanted to share my experience with customer service. When I called and explained the circumstances they immediately refunded my purchase of my deceased father in laws tickets as well as his early bird. The represenative on the line was so nice and understanding on our situation. Thank you Southwest!

We purchased tickets to take my father in law to Mexico. He passed away 2 weeks before we are leaving and I am not sure if we can request a refund for his ticket because of this.

Usually my Chase credit card points are posted to my Rapid Rewards account by the 4th of every month but so far this month nothing has posted. I see there is a maintenance and was wondering if anyone is experiencing this.

I booked a flight yesterday for my family with points, the taxes and fees per ticket were right at $50. Today I was reviewing the flight again and now the same ticket is $33 in fees and taxes when buying with points. How can this be? And is this refundable for the difference?

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I need to look at best option for future travel. Lucky that only one flight was book via payment, the others have been points so I assume if I paid using my points they would be credited back to my account.

My family booked 3 trips for next year and I just hit the points needed for a companion pass. Since most the these trips have been booked with points can I cancel my wifes flight and add her back with companion pass? And if so, if a flight was book using credit card, can the credit be applied to my account (not credit card) and credit be used for any other family member in the future or only companion?
