I received an email & a phone call for my start date, but I have not yet received an email on where I would go. I now believe my account has been hacked since I did not receive an email where I would go for training

Hello, You have to go to the link provided to you when in the email where you received your application confirmation. SW has different dashboards for different job notices. MauiGal

Hello, Like the previous comment mentioned, sounds like you missed something. It actually might be the Covid Update email that was sent out to applicants who had applied on 8/23. The email mentioned that you have to complete and submit a form regarding vaccination status and it was to be completed within 48 hours. Hope this help resolve that feeling inside that we all have as to what might have happened.

Aloha, I am attempting to view the status of my flight attendant application status. Upon getting to the dashboard link via the confirmation email I had received from Southwest, once I try to login, I am not able to get to it. I then submitted a "forgot password", but receive the following response in my email: "We received a request to reset your password for the Southwest Airlines Co. Career Portal. However, your email address is not associated with any accounts in our records. If you'd like to login with another email address, please visit: https://careers-southwest.icims.com." I know I used this email to complete my application, hence receiving my application confirmation as well as the Covid Updated back in Oct. Please advise! I believe I've read a previous post that the window has since closed and new applicants won't be able to submit. There were some people that was also in the process when the system had crashed and if you had received an email allowing you access to go and finish up by the 29th, then do it. Check your SPAM/Junk mail as well. If not, unfortunately, it may be that your application didn't go through like many others that have attempted as well.

Why would you question the validity of your DL? If it's valid, and hasn't expired, you should be fine.

The recent promos have actually made it easier and cheaper to commute via air vs the competitor's prices.

Ok, so follow the guidelines on the Hawaii Safe Travels Site, certain NAAT tests are not allowed, but if you have a Walgreens nearby, their PCR and Rapid IDNOW tests are approved and free. As for flying from the US State of Hawaii to the US mainland, no, you don't need to test.
