Unfortunately, there's not a way to modify questionnaire answers after you click submit. You're welcome to reapply if one of your responses was in mistake - you may have to use a different email address to do so. We always recommend for Candidates to be extra careful in that step - misclicks happen all the time!

I did some digging, and I see that the Supervisor Customer Service-Chicago MDW position you applied for had this question in the application process:
"If you are not selected for this job posting, you will not be eligible to reapply for this position in Chicago MDW for 12 months from the day of interview
Have you been interviewed by phone or in-person and not selected for the Customer Service Supervisor position in Chicago MDW in the last 12 months?"
You responded "yes" to this question, which marked your application ineligible to proceed. I certainly regret any confusion there. Great questions! There are some positions we open for applications to just External Candidates, some to just Internal Candidates, and some that are open to both at the same time! We still review those applications in the order received - reviewing internal applications in the order received and then external applications in the order received. So, there are times where we'll fill an opening with an Internal Candidate before we get to reviewing those External Candidates. There's not a "set" amount of Candidates we review each time we open up a position.

If you've applied for this CS&S position and were not selected, you wouldn't be eligible to reapply for 12 months from the date of your interview. Your application or selection status to the Ramp Agent position wouldn't impact or limit you to applying after 12 months to the CS&S position.

Upon review, when asked the question "If you are selected as a Flight Attendant trainee, you will be required to attend four weeks of unpaid training in Dallas, Texas, which will require you to stay overnight Monday through Friday for the entire training class, as well as train on weekends. During initial required training, lodging, some meals, and your transportation to and from the training facility and Dallas Love Field airport are provided by Southwest Airlines. Only trainees who successfully complete the training will receive a one-time $1,200 bonus, before taxes are withheld. Trainees who do not successfully complete initial training do not receive the one-time bonus payment. If selected, are you willing to attend four weeks of required, unpaid training in Dallas, Texas?" you indicated "no". This answer disqualified your application from consideration, as mentioned training in Dallas, TX is a requirement for the position.

Our Southwest Airlines Careers Team will never ask you to purchase equipment for work, request money as part of the training and employment process, or make a job offer without multiple interviews. If you see a posting for a Southwest job, please check our official Careers site at careers.southwestair.com to confirm the posting is legitimate. The best way to stay updated on new openings is joining our Talent Community on the Careers site to be notified when positions become available.
Additionally, Job Scams are something the FTC can help with and tracks. We recommend visiting the FTC website to report the fraud: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov.
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3) may also be a good place to file a complaint and it is associated with the FBI: https://www.ic3.gov/Home/FileComplaint.
