You can enter multiple codes. so yes you could enter anyone’s code now buying a code that would probably fall under the not allowed category kind of like vouchers selling voids them should Southwest find out you sold those
if you have family members who were supposed to travel with you and they were canceled by the airline they probably have a code coming just wait a week if you still have no codes for them try sending out an email to Southwest so they can investigate also have your family check their emails as well in case the code was sent to them

so with 20 on one reservation you will probably get 1 confirmation number only 1 person needs to check in at 24 hour mark to get all your boarding positions (MUST USE THE WEBSITE the app won’t work for group travel)
for checking in at the airport each person can check in individually you don’t all need to be at the counter together.

Back a couple years a go I had a similar situation the agent who finally answered told me I had till midnight they just tell us 5pm to make sure we handle it on time.

another option try the make new group reservation option maybe that will pick up faster and at a minimum they could document the reservation saying your trying to pay

So like many I was affected by the cancellations mess last week I just got this email for 25,000 points
if you were affected by cancellations you might check your email in case you have points coming your way
i have only seen points as compensation one other time from Southwest so this is a very interesting approach instead of the usual LUV vouchers

Take your canceled flight funds book a WGA+ ticket then cancel funds would then be transferable

I would recommend booking one way flights so you can use the pass on the outbound flight then just pay for the return. It might give you errors if you try to add the companion to a Round Trip booking since the return would bed after the pass expires

unfortunately the only way to split the reservation is by calling
the alternative is book the 2 seats on points or cash if you have it to hold the seats so when you call or visit the ticket counter hopefully they can fix it to where you don’t pay extra
i had to use this method to make it to my destination or I would have been stuck without a flight for a week

The one time change is always there but if the red bar is there you can change more than one time even though it says one time
now with getting seats just keep refreshing. I spent 30min refreshing and got seats I wanted I know it’s a lot of work but if that’s what it takes to get moving then I’d do it

How much have you had to drink today? Maybe an extra cup of coffee might help
do you really think pilots or FAs want to just sleep in an airport or not go anywhere and want all flights canceled NO you are crazy for thinking this is there fault and should rethink your assumption. Taking your anger out on employees is wrong and you obviously need someone to help you see that
Many crew members have spent HOURS on the phone with crew scheduling trying to get a flight assigned this seems to be more of a system can’t keep up situation now.
