With the wanna get away tickets if you reprice the ticket because it got cheaper the price difference is held as a travel fund when you book a new flight later on only the names of the passengers with travel funds can use them and you don’t need an account to use the travel funds.
example if you have 2 people on a reservation and the cost goes down $50 a person each person will have $50 for a future flight when you book the new flight you will use your current confirmation number to access the funds. The most important thing even if you paid for the flight you can only use your credit for your ticket you can’t use your friends credit for your ticket. Keep this confirmation number in a note so you can use the credit easy later on.
**now if you have the wanna get away plus ticket those funds are transferable but both you and the other passengers must have RR accounts to transfer funds and the funds can be transferred to anyone

I’m guessing even the few flights where the WiFi actually works your probably still requesting refunds under the excuse of its not the speed I get at home well at some point they will see all you do is complain and request refunds then they will stop refunding you for abuse of the system. Plenty of companies do it especially food delivery companies (DoorDash or Uber eats as an example) if you complain every time your food is cold eventually they ban you because your costing them more money than they make off of you so they end in the red so it’s easier to fire you so to speak so they stay in the green with real customers (I’ve heard of several people who this has happened to) this is just a general warning to you not me trying to pick a fight with you
more importantly if you know the speed isn’t good or the WiFi is always down on your flights why waste the money in the first place? It’s more work to write a complaint to get a refund vs doing something that doesn’t require Wi-Fi for a few hours of your life. if you don’t like a company for any reason why do you give it your business?
I am ALP and get the Wi-Fi for free and out of the last 42 flights I’ve taken only 2 have had issues with not working at all and 5 with slow or intermittent/spotty service.

A 25min boarding delay because you had to wait on other passengers/crew is nothing and because of the weather your flight took just a little longer the airline has no control over that. A 40min late flight overall is nothing just wait till the day you have a 3 hour delay or an overnight delay.
When traveling I plan for my flights to be late so that in the event the flight is on time I’ll be happy and excited. When traveling always allow extra time in your schedule for the event of a delay say if your scheduled to land at noon don’t have a meeting at 1pm expect the unexpected so your not mad when a slight inconvenience occurs.

The other passengers would need to pay the fare difference only the A List passengers get the same day confirmed.
My way around this is buy WGA+ for the other passengers that way at midnight you can make the change for everyone without any cost difference

Maybe they went to take the call off hold and they accidentally hung up. Maybe you lost cell reception and the call dropped. Maybe you accidentally hit the end button with your cheek I doubt this was intentional but more of a simple mistake life happens.
Maybe they kept putting you on hold to work on your issue but they kept coming back on to update you that they were still with you and working on your concern compared to some companies who put you on hold for 30min with no update and you wonder if you were forgotten

Yep if the baby has a paid seat the baby gets 2 bags as well so you could take the baby with you and check the bags that way then just have partner get boarding pass after they park or use mobile pass and head straight for security.

Since your airport doesn’t have curbside check in it will be hard to check bags under your partner without them present.
here’s what I would suggest have your partner drop you off with the luggage they go and park as they get close with the baby you can get in line that way they can just pop in and get to the counter with you or you can check your bags and just hold the 1 until he gets in to the terminal
3rd option is use the self service kiosk get the tags on the bags but wait till your partner arrives to go to the counter and show your ID’s and you will be on your way in no time as you can check in on the kiosk without showing ID until you hand your bag over to the employee at the desk however if the kiosk wants you to visit the ticket counter for check in for any reason then you would have to wait for your partner
bottom line you won’t be able to check the bags fully without the partner present to show ID but you can get a head start in many ways just pick the method that works for you.
Even if you can’t check the luggage it’s easier to walk from curb to counter inside instead of parking lot to counter (since some parking requires a shuttle)

I mean yes sometimes they have to make an announcement during boarding I just wait for the acknowledgment from the ops agent before I scan now was she right for slapping your phone no but the best thing you can do is report using the online form as you already did and hopefully they can take the appropriate action. I believe LGB is an airport where they board from both front and back and a lot of people try to rush the front maybe you can be the few who make the run for the back door and maybe the last couple rows will have a few seats available since that longer line of people trying to get the front will move slower

If there are certain routes that only have a non stop one or 2 days a week I find them to be Saturday or Sunday so first search a random weekday (say Wednesday) if you don’t see a non stop search Saturday/Sunday then if you see a non stop then you will know usually the only non stop for that route is day specific for the schedule then you can just search flights on that particular day of the week. I know it’s a little extra work but once you see the trend of a schedule you can usually figure out what days a certain flight operates during that schedule.

Southwest recently has started upgrading the Wi-Fi so all of those old post mean nothing these days because it’s a different provider or upgraded version of the old provider. I’ve made a 11min connection from gate 5 to gate 50 in HOU I hope to never do that again I was in row 9 on the first flight and we had a delay getting to our gate which made the connection short I now try to avoid connecting flights with less than an hour because I don’t feel like doing that hike again running style 😂
sitting in The front if I know the connection will be short is the main thing I do. Carry on bag for short schedule connections is also a must in my book because even a slight delay could lead to a checked bag missing the flight and causing a mess go get my bag.
