flight was cancelled 6/15/21 - due to computer glitch. 2 round trip tickets.  Only one of the 2 tickets has been credited to my account.  Have called several times to resolve but hung up after waiting for extended periods of time.  Also sent email and have not received a response.

1) Please remove your confirmation number from your post. Someone could try to use it and then you would have nothing.


2) Are you saying that you received a travel fund? If so, the remaining funds for ticket 2 are likely in the travel fund of the other   traveler.  .  SW gives funds back to the ticket holder, who may not  t necessarily be the person who bought the ticket.
