Guys I think a lot of us are in the same position. Think the In Process status is still a good thing…my experience is SWA tends to weed out applications pretty quickly that are not a fit.

Also after I filled all the info to set up the virtual interview I was told it would be on Microsoft teams received no link, information, or conformation of interview until I had asked for it too many red flags. All the information I have read on here claims Southwest's website is the only place to apply for a job and I received all my information from Indeed.com to begin with, I recommend everyone stay off indeed.com. @Passenger1C

I bet they or their flight was in a different time zone than they were used to and they tried checking in an hour before they were supposed to. It's happened to me before when I'm in another state!

As far as I know, no relocation assistance is provided for an employee in such a position. However, you can pay for bus or plane tickets if the distance is long. Check with the HR department. I don't think they will regard this as arrogance; after all, moving is a complex process.
