@bwhollister I replied in this thread: https://www.southwestaircommunity.com/t5/Rapid-Rewards/Hi-I-ve-lost-track-of-how-many-upgraded-boardings-I-have-used-Is/m-p/93761#M4936

Quickest way for me: Log in to your Chase account from your computer > click "Search" down in the transaction area > in the "Merchant or keyword" field type "UPGRADED BOARDING CREDIT" or "upgrade" then click "Filter". This should show you a list of your upgraded boardings with the date and amounts of the credits. For additional methods see this thread.

That sounds strange. Are you talking about a purchase through this site? https://rapidrewardsshopping.southwest.com/ If so then I think your best bet is to use the "Contact Us" form listed on the page, here is the web address: https://rapidrewardsshopping.southwest.com/contact____.htm

I am a Southwest customer but familiar with the Southwest career site: https://careers.southwestair.com/ Each job has its own set of qualifications so click through to a specific job when it is posted and you will probably see the following wording: "Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986."

Most of us here on the discussion forums are customers, do you have the contact information for your old team or supervisor? I imagine they would be able to get you in touch with the Southwest HR team. Or use the "Contact Us" link to send Southwest an electronic message. This is a public for so I recommend you edit your post to remove your personally identifying information.

I'm another customer but active here in the discussion forums. Are you trying to cancel a trip? The community of customers here may be able to help share experience if you provide non personally identifying information about what you are trying to accomplish. I do know that another company manages Southwest Vacations for Southwest and that there are long hold times with them now. You may also want to send a note to Southwest (click the "Contact Us" link) to express your displeasure with the customer service levels by their partner company.

Hi James, This is primarily a customer to customer forum so I don't know that you'll see an informed response from one of us. Also from my experience working for other companies I don't think you will see a public response here about your situation. If I was in your situation I would ask during the interview process. If it is a potential issue then it will give you a chance to discuss or to address any corrective action you've taken. If you are going to get a straight answer I would guess that is when you will get it. Good luck!

Any chance you are able to add the serial number to the lost and found report? Others have had good luck when doing so -- I'm *guessing* that is a primary identification field used by the lost & found contractor.

Most of us here in the discussion forums are Southwest customers so we won't know how to contact Southwest HR. If you're looking for a job, then the Southwest Careers site is your best bet to start, otherwise you may want to try the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of the discussion pages, from there you are able to select an email option that will launch a form to send a note. Hope this helps but if not you can always post a follow up to see if someone is familiar with what you are trying to accomplish.

The Southwest Check Flight Schedules page currently states, "We are currently accepting air reservations through January 5, 2020. On August 15, 2019 we will open our schedule for sale through March 6, 2020. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently." That release date will cover all destinations served by Southwest. The next release date has already changed more than once so check the page for updates. For reference there is also a Knowledge Base article about how to navigate to the schedule release page.

I'm a Southwest customer so "thinking out loud" here with you. Is there a way for you to get in touch with one of your former colleagues to inquire? I haven't seen too much in these discussion forums mentioned about applying from a different city from where you want to work.

@cinda389 I think this is the relevant portion of the Special Luggage (Sports Equipment section) wording, to include the $75 fee each way charge: "Sports Equipment - Special Items The items listed below will be accepted as Checked Baggage for a $75 each way charge. Surfboard/kiteboard, keels and fins must be removed and placed in carryon or checked baggage. Wind surfing board, keel removed and placed in checked baggage to prevent damage to the sail, boom, and other baggage." One other item to note is that depending on the time of year and destination there may be baggage embargos that limit special items. Current (July 13, 2019) wording on the Baggage Polices page states: "Baggage embargo: A baggage embargo is in effect for Passengers traveling to Havana (HAV). For specific information about the embargo at each destination, visit our airport information page." For Havana when you go to the airport information page there is a red exclamation point icon. When you click on the icon it states: "Airport Alert: Baggage embargo: Passengers traveling to Havana (HAV) will be limited to two checked bags with a maximum weight of 50 pounds and a maximum size of 62 inches (length + width + height) each. Boxes of any size will not be accepted. Service items such as wheelchairs and strollers will be accepted." TL;DR version: most of the time you should be okay by paying $75 each way, just double check that there is not a baggage embargo.

@zertney11 wrote: Why did this change? I have been waiting to book a flight and now I need to wait another month or more? I think @dfwskier gave a pretty good guess, probably as much as we will know as customers. That would be the short approach. If you want to take a bit more time then I definitely suggest you take a look at some of the posts made by Bill, a retired Southwest employee, from when he was still working with the Network Planning team. The link should take you a list of Bill's posts. If you read through several of them you'll get a sense of what goes in to putting the Southwest flight schedule together, it's kind of fascinating, especially for someone like me. Hope this helps, enjoy!

From what I've seen on the discussion forums (I don't work for Southwest and I've never applied to work for them) the portal is where you will see the status of your application, to include any changes. My understanding is that so long as it shows in the portal you are still in the running. Good luck!

When it rains it pours.... When I click on the "Contact Us" page I see an option to click "Send us a message", which should open a web based form for you to submit a message. One other option, though it may take a bit longer, is to send an old fashioned letter, with their address also listed on the "Contact Us" page: Southwest Airlines P.O. Box 36647-1CR Dallas, Texas 75235 I've only written to Southwest once, to the Investor Relations team, and I received a timely call back in response to my letter with the information I requested. I'm guessing, but that slower snail mail option may get your issue resolved with less work on your part and I'm also guessing it would also give Southwest time to get it in the hands of the expert.
