Maybe I missed it? What's the hoopla about flying in and out of Colorado Springs? It's not like it's Steamboat Springs or Telluride where you can go skiing. I'm just curious unless you're enrolling in the Air Force academy. FYI, this isn't a knock against it, I'm really that curious.

🤔 I've made this comment in the past, and I'm sorry I'm not the world traveler that some of you are. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm guessing I'm in the majority here, but, not all of us are airport acronym savvy, can you making make a suggestion at what city you're talking about when the letters don't match the city. Yes, in some cases I can figure them out. ABQ, for Albuquerque, MIA, for Miami, but many like ORD, COS, I have no idea, so I have to take the time to google it when I'd rather read a post and just know. I've always on my posts included the city name with the airport code when I make a post. Appreciate it.

What I did was contact, Customer Service, via email with the name and confirmation number and got it early this morning. WOW, that was fast and I'm satisfied. So the answer would be to send SWA an email with the confirmation number and the name of the passenger and request it. So do I get credit for providing my own solution? 😃 I hope this helps somebody else.

I need to go back and get receipts, or the confirmation SWA sends you with the entire itinerary along with the cost of each flight on it. I looked into my past flight list and I've either taken so many trips that it was bought before the end of my list, or it didn't go back to Nov 2018. In lookup a flight I tried putting in the name and confirmation number only to get an error message. Does anyone know how I might go about getting these, or have any suggestions? I appreciate your assistance in advance.

I've second-guessed myself, as I go back a read it, you specifically are asking about the "anniversary points" That is not addressed in the information I sent to you. I would like to know the answer myself.

To: Middleseat Here are the numbers off google maps. Distance between Dallas airports, (which I hear is going to happen) 16.4 miles Distance between Houston airports 29.7 miles Distance between Chicago airports 31 miles Distance between Phoenix airports, 21 miles. So I would say your reply doesn't hold water as much as if you would have stayed with you "Presence" stand. Just FYI.

It also solidifies that you get the best price. I'm TORN, in how much I do that right now because I want SWA to survive this situation we are in. But in the past weekend, I had actually gotten the round trip in May, and since then things changed. It was a great move based on the weather and canceled flights out of Denver on Sunday evening.

I just did that this weekend with an RT from ABQ to DEN. I also got a Monday flight just in case. The thing is, as soon as you know, get rid of the one you don't need so SWA has a chance to sell that seat.

Totally agree with DFWSkier in response to ffflyer? You would have no access to if, how, and how many SWA employee has or haven't been disciplined, or even fired for their actions. Heck, I've worked for the same organization for over 25 years and I have no idea within my own employment any of this information or access to that data, and I'm pretty nosey. I'm not implying to the original poster that this didn't happen, nor am I taking it lightly. If you have feelings enough to join a forum, come on here and post this, then you should feel strong enough to follow through with a complaint. If what you say is true, I wouldn't want to encounter this employee down the road somewhere.

SWA use to fly to Colorado Springs in the past. I'm glad they are bringing that route back, and hopefully not flying me out of Albuquerque to Dallas first....

I understand your thoughts that maybe there might be some parameters based on children flying. But we all don't come from the same social norm. My thoughts are, WHY wasn't this attended to at the boarding pass area?

Maybe the Science does give us some security, but even the people in Science I know still use common sense data, "what's the national infection rate." I wish SWA might have worded it like this, "Based on Science...yada yada yada, HOWEVER, watching the infection and spread rate on or near DEC 1, we reserve the right to reverse our decision.

Well, I guess I'm waiting to see if other airlines are keeping their middle seat open. It's not what I wanted, (I've got 3 trips coming up after NOV 30. But I knew it was coming sometime, just wished they would have waited to see what happened with people moving indoors and bad timing based on the current situation we are in now...more than half the states going up in cases and we hit a death toll high for a day since April just yesterday.

DFWSkijumper, thanks for the info. I'm guessing the latter because I was really looking for it and couldn't see it anywhere. I'm assuming SWA doesn't have any say in what TSA does. Since I have another trip coming up, I might just ask TSA if I don't see it why it isn't there.

Good comment. I think I would be as concerned about his BUTT, being on the arm of the seat facing towards me as the mask lowered. But since many employees read comments on this forum, hopefully, they can take note to spread the word....The arm of the chair is not a BUTT rest, and when talking, please keep your mask up.

I guess this is why I just buy gift cards with cash. now that you know it's not SWA doing this, you could do as mentioned and address it to the company involved. you took the time to vent on here, do that for that company. and you can always repost, "thanks for the information, sorry SWA for accusing you when I wasn't aware it wasn't in your hands."

I was a bit disappointed, knowing Dallas Love is a (the) main hub for SWA. On my flight today to go through TSA there is no A-List bypass line. At most any other airport I would expect this, but no Dallas Love. Now before I go on a crazy rant like way too many people on here, I'm just wondering if I was observant enough and missed it.

1) I know the I.Q. of people in this country, so even though I may endorse a candidate, I'm not going to wear anything in public, I like less drama in my life, not inviting it. 2) Nobody knows the entire story, there is no footage of him getting on the plane, nor how many times he might have been asked to put a mask on. 3) If you fly Delta, WHT, are you even remotely doing in a SW discussion forum, UNLESS, it's like most people like to do now days, troll and cause trouble.
