TheMiddleSeat- It's confirmed.  I used my card to pay for point transfers from another RR account to my own and the charge was immediately removed once it posted to the SW Performance Business CC account.  I doubt too many people are in the same scenario, but it does work regardless of where the RR points originate or end up.   ... Greetings Everybody from SJC:   Flying today and landed in San Jose a short while ago...I was unable to confirm how the boarding order process went when leaving SAN this morning as my flight was the first to board in the concourse after passing through TSA and I was in the A group.   However, I stayed airside at SJC after arrival and watched some of the other gates board. Here is the order of the A & B in-between'rs that I observed:   WN 791 to STL: A-Listers w/o A position boarded after those needing extra time and Family Boarding, before military...same pattern as described in this topic.   WN 1809 to BUR: A-Listers, Family Boarding, and Military were cleared to board together after those needing extra time...different pattern.   WN 1466 to LAX: A-Listers boarded after those needing extra time but before Family Boarding and military...opposite of what is described.   There you have it. What gets back to me is that I am one of the very silent people who occasionally calls and complains about policies.  I am hearing that people are demanding partial refunds and filing disputes on their credit cards for partial rebates of fees paid.  No one wants to follow the rules and then watch others break those rules when the employee stands there and does nothing.   Disney has rules, Alamo Rental has rules and so does Southwest.  It is beyond time for these gate agents to do their jobs. ... @Jack2act I know this isn't the solution to what you are seeking, but, here goes anyway.  As a senior myself (67) I am for the most part able bodied and have never even had a thought of trying to get any early access to boarding.  But just as a individual I take no issue with any senior getting any extra benefit, in good faith or not, for any service.  The more elderly they are, the more I accept that.   ... I'm also sorry to hear this happened to you.  I don't know if it happened to me if I could blame SWA airlines or not?  I often see folks get on the plane and place their bad in the overhead bin and then continue to walk further back on the plane for their seat, I would never do that.  In fact, as much as I hate it, I put my carry on under my seat.  Once the plane if fully loaded I check and see if I can squeeze it in at an overhead where I'm sitting.  I don't know how far away you were from you bag, but it's a lesson learned not to take your eye off the prize. As soon as folks jump up like there is a $100 prize for the first one to squeeze towards the front exit door, my eye is on my bin, primarily because all of my electronics are in my carryon bag. There are those that make mistakes (take the wrong bag) and those that will take it on purpose, it's just the way it is.  I've been the personal victim of thief way too many times in my lifetime to now just know to error on the side of caution because of this. If it was an honest mistake, your bag will make its way back to SWA, if not, I'm sad to say that it won't.  I've even been on the window seat and as soon as the bin opens with my bag in it, I've asked someone to hand me my bag if they would.   ... For several years I had send my Android tablet to watch movies. But just recently I couldn’t watch them. Error message said I needed to upgrade the operating system. I checked and I had already upgraded. Then on the next flight I STILL could not watch movies.
