If you see abuse of the carryon bag allowance, please alert a Southwest Airlines Employee. In many cases, Customers simply may not be familiar with our policies, and we'll be able to assist them by gate checking any items that are too large to fit in the overhead bins or below the seats.

We send Drink Coupons out after the completion of 10 one-way (or 5 roundtrip) revenue flights. So, Companion flights and flights booked with Rapid Rewards Points don't count. Make sure that you have checked the box in your account that says "I want to receive Drink Coupons."

The great benefit of EarlyBird is exactly that! You won't need to worry about getting up early or sacrificing precious moments on the beach. EarlyBird will automatically check you in and secure you a boarding position 36 hours before the flight, while everyone else makes the mad dash to check in at the 24-hour mark.

If you book one-way tickets on individual confirmation numbers, you can pay for them however you like! It is not more or less expensive to book this way on Southwest Airlines, so book away!

I'm sorry to hear about the challenging situation your brother is in, and I know you must be very eager to see him. Rapid Rewards, our loyalty program, uses a "Points" system instead of a "miles" system. We don't have a medical emergency program built into Rapid Rewards, but Southwest Airlines has always been dedicated to being a leading low-cost carrier. If your travel plans are flexible, we have a great tool called the "Low Fare Calendar," which you can use to find the best fares we're offering throughout the month. Right now, we're also running a fare sale, so it's a perfect time to check Southwest.com and see if your city pairs are included.

A couple options you have are 1) follow up with the TSA so they can return your computer if it's found, and 2) contact 1-800-I-FLY-SWA to fill out a Lost and Found report. If we locate your item and are able to match it to a Lost and Found report, we'll reunite you with it as soon as possible.

To protect your privacy, we are not allowing the image to be made public. If you've already purchased the Tourist Card from CTS, you will be able to pick these up at the CTS Counter at the departing gate for your flight to Cuba (and it is a quick process). I have not seen any reports that this has been an issue for any Customers connecting at FLL.
