Glad to know we'll be welcoming you and your little ones onboard! Per our Contract of Carriage, one stroller and one Child Restraint Device (car seat) per fare-paying Passenger will be accepted subject to a limited release of liability, as outlined in Section 7h. Southwest Airlines will accept the items without charge and will not count toward a Passenger’s free Checked Baggage allowance. A traveling crib, if it is in excess of the two bag limit per paying Customer, will count as an additional bag. Make sense? Hope that's helpful!

That said, I can tell you that typically, if you bring along a copy of your marriage license as proof of your recent name change, the TSA will accept your form of ID. However, you should still verify that with TSA and reach out to them for the final word!

There are a lot of things that go into schedule planning, but ultimately supply and demand are a big part of the equation - I'm sorry your nonstop flight between GRR and MCO went away for the time being. It's a difficult decision to make significant changes to a market's flight schedule, as we know that no matter which routes we alter, some Customers may be inconvenienced. Maximum weight for checked bags is 50 pounds and maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height) per check piece of luggage. Overweight items from 51 to 100 pounds and oversized items in excess of 62 inches but not more than 80 inches will be accepted for an overweight and oversize baggage fee of $75 per item.

From here, you can click on the "View My Preferences" box or scroll to the bottom section of the page. So sorry for any confusion regarding your travel funds. Allow me to explain that, per our Contract of Carriage, we agree to let Customers have full use of their travel funds for one year from the purchase date. Because of this, we cannot manipulate the expiration date of your funds. However, once they expire, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Relations Department at 1-855-234-4654 to see if an exception can be made for a portion of the funds to be issued in the form of a travel voucher.

We make an effort to let Customers know exactly how long they've got to use their funds by putting the expiration date in the confirmation email, and in any subsequent emails we send as a result of a change to a reservation.

Your points will only expire after two full years of inactivity, so as long as you earn points periodically (purchasing points or using our partners are two options for this) your account will stay active and you can use the points upon returning to the U.S.

We do offer preboarding for individuals with a disability who need a specific seat or just need a little extra time getting situated onboard. When you get to the gate area on the day of your flight, you can speak with the Customer Service Agent to let them know that you need to preboard, and he/she will provide you with the appropriate documentation.
To answer your question about closed captioning, we do offer it for both TV and movies if you are using an Apple device. If you are using an Android device, you will have closed captioning across movies.
