If you have a rapid rewards account and the mobile app you should be able to get your mobile boarding pass by logging in to your account since multi passenger reservations are now eligible for mobile boarding I don't know how someone can be added to your confirmation number unless you book multiple people on your reservation although I have heard of reused confirmation numbers. @fixxer12 As @bgubs14 said a connecting flight only counts as 1 A List qualifying flight unless you book the connection separately. the only issue booking the connection separately is if your first flight should be delayed significantly you may not be covered and may be considered a no show on the other reservation also if you would be checking bags you would have to re check the bags at the connecting city. just something to consider if you thought of "what if I booked each flight separately". @tfranco222 Sorry your flight was uncomfortable because of a passenger of size. I'm sure It's just as uncomfortable for that passenger as it is for you. I also thought it was odd that they included new orleans Right now the biggest impact for Tampa might be some rain and storm surge but not as severe as Tallahassee area since Tampa wont be hit by the hurricane it self (unless the path changes)

If I understand your question correctly your asking why going to Punta Cana from BWI is cheaper and returning is more expensive if so that has to do with the international taxes. I notice this with several international destinations like Nassau where it's cheap going but more expensive on the return because of taxes. you will also notice that on the points tickets as it won't be the $5.60 like domestic flights Hope this helps Blake

Sorry you had an issue because of an auto fill problem before I book for others I always double check before booking to make sure all info is correct. Also airlines give you 24 hours to cancel for a full refund so if you look at the confirmation page and notice right away you made a mistake you can cancel and rebook (at the then current price). I would recommend you reach out to customer relations at 855-234-4654 so they can look in to the issue and look in to a fix. @greeg86 Unfortunately I am not aware of a way to set up an alert for hey seats are now available for a flight the best advice I can give is to check daily maybe once in the morning and once at night as inventory can change at anytime and if it's a last minute flight check close to check in time and maybe every few hours as some people will wait to cancel until check in time if you want to make sure you have a seat seat on a flight I would book another SW flight and if seats do become available later you can change for free (fare difference may apply) hope this helps Blake

@sscastor If you are A List or A List preferred you should get them when they send you the A List card after qualifying if your not A List I didn't not believe you are able to get Kick Tail coupons to give out but you can always write southwest an email telling them how great an employee was and they can pass on your compliment. if you are A List and haven't received any kick tail coupons I would send Southwest a DM on Facebook or Twitter and they can help you with getting some coupons (that's how I was able to get my first set of kick tail coupons) or if you don't have Facebook/Twitter you can reach out to customer relations by phone at 855-234-4654 or send an email by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of the Southwest homepage Hope this helps Blake

@sawalz01 This might be some good news for you. So being that you are needing to book for 10 people you can take advantage of Southwest Airlines group reservation. This usually offers a discount off of the wanna get away fares. The other bit of bad news if you didn't know unfortunately Southwest doesn't fly in to MIA airport but they do fly in to FLL if that would work for you. To reach Southwest group desk please call 800-433-5368 hours are Monday through Friday 5am-12am central I know that most sales happen on Tuesday's and Wednesday's like right now the $49 sale (select markets) is on you could always call group reservations for a quote and see if that helps with the price and if it's too high wait till you see the price drop online then call again for a quote since the price they will quote you will be based on current flight prices. In Orlando I was put on standby at one gate and that agent forgot to hit the A List button so when I was confirmed on the new flight at the other gate it charged me the extra points to the anytime fare I noticed it and after telling the agent at the gate he's like let me make a call and got it fixed in about 10min rather than you can call customer relations later on to me going above and beyond for an issue he didn't create-- KICKTAIL for being amazing and saving me the phone call to customer relations Blake

@Iccabailey We're the words early bird on the boarding pass? If so you were indeed checked in automatically. There is no limit to the number of EB check in purchases so there could be 50 people on a flight that buy early bird check-in which would put people in the B group. if there were no A List people and you were the first person to buy EB on a flight the best position you could get is A16 but most flights have at least 1 A List passenger and the more A Listers the further back EB people go -Blake

@DebT Here is the info I found on the southwest website An adult traveling with a child six years old or younger may board during Family Boarding, which occurs after the “A” group has boarded and before the “B” group begins boarding. If the child and the adult are both holding an “A” boarding pass, they should board in their assigned boarding position. So I believe with 2 kids 2 adults can board during family boarding (1 adult per child) the other adults would need to board with their own group If you have 2 adults with A boarding send them first and they can save a seat for the rest of your group and the others can do family boarding if you don't all have A boarding Hope this helps Blake

@jenmorr1975 You can add your companion up until 1 hour before flight departure as long as seats are still available The best advice I can give you is to book the companion ticket now and if the companion can't go you can cancel the ticket for free and request a refund (as long as you haven't made any flight changes since booking the companion ticket). By booking now it will guarantee a seat for the companion if he is able to go. If you book and need to change flights later on I would cancel request a refund then rebook because if you just change the flight the security fees become non refundable. @AvKrayez I personally don't use the fly by lane because I have pre check but From what I have seen by other A List customers your boarding pass showing A List would let you though the fly by lane at security. At the ticket counter fly by I just say I'm A List and they let me go I haven't been asked for my A List card ever and never been questioned for proof. now days a lot of people use the self service check in so lines aren't long to check in with an agent at those airports that offer self service the thing to keep in mind with the fly by security lane is all airline elites (that don't have pre check/global entry) and those who buy priority security will be in the same line so it could be just as long or longer than the regular security line this may not be a problem at DAL since it's mainly SW customers but an airport like LAS or DEN it may make a difference since most elites going to a given terminal will use the same line for security. hope This helps!
