Your digital experience just got upgraded with our December release to our app and website.
Here are a few helpful updates to make your travel with us even easier:
Digital Same Day Change has Landed! Premium fares that include same day change benefits - including Wanna Get Away Plus, Anytime, and Business Select, as well as A-List and A-List Preferred members, can now change to a different available flight within the same market on the day of travel within the app with just a few taps. Customers on a Wanna Get Away Fare that do not yet have tier status can also easily use this experience and pay any fare difference. Improved Same Day Standby Seat Information. We’ve added the number of open seats and the number of already listed Customers to our Digital Same Day Standby flow. Digital Split a Reservation Improvements. Earlier this year, we made it easy to split up a multi-passenger trip when you need to change or cancel your trip. Now, you can do this for trips that

I have this problem with one of my computers. It is caused by my anti virus interacting with Chrome.
I can use one of the alternate southwest logons, which redirect to southwest.com and Chrome works fine.

Southwest does not use different seats on different planes. Whatever goes on MAX8s goes on 737-700s and 737-800s when it comes to seat replacement time.
Likewise if 10 yers ago the "standard" seat was different, that standard seat would have gone on all planes at that time.

The problem is definitely you. The reason I say that is there is no outcry from bunches of people that have the probelm that you do.
Try a different computer, different browser or alternate logon. It sometimes makes a difference.
I have one computer that will not let me use Chrome to log in to Southwest.com. My AV is causing the problem. I can use an alternate logon (iflyswa.com) and Chrome works fine. Mozinlla on the same machine also works fine.

The policy is pretty simple. SW tries to book you on the next available flight. If you do not like that flight you may choose a differnt one (at no cost) between the same two cities -- or you may ask for a refund.

Today, Southwest announced the Points for a Purpose Holiday Promotion offering Rapid Rewards ® Members a special incentive to increase their giving impact by donating to select nonprofits starting Dec. 1, 2023, and running through Dec. 14, 2023. This promotion allows Customers to donate cash to one of the airline’s nonprofit partners while earning points—Customers can earn 10 Rapid Rewards points for every dollar* donated, and Southwest ® will match the number of points in the nonprofit’s account.
Members can learn more by visiting Southwest.com/points-for-purpose.
Not all charities quality, but a few of those that do incude that American Red Cross and the Make a Wish Foundation.
You get RR poits for giving, but that's it. The points are not qualifying for anything else.
If you are planning year end gifts to one of the listed charities anyway, why not do so thru SW and get some RR points, too.

Every ariline's contract of carriage basically says the same thing: Passenger cannot book trips that they cannot complete. Computer systems look for those and cancel one of them -- on all airlines.
I don't know the algorithm that deterines exaclty which flight to cancel but I'd be surprised if the criterion is "most expensive " If I were to guess, I'd guess the cancellation would be the most recent booking, but as I said, I don't know how the flights are picked.

You only earn points/flight credits for completed itineraries. You did not complete BNA/SAV so you earned no points. There is no partial earning of points.
And yes, if you skip a connection (even if you tell the airline you are doing so), the airline will cancel your return flight -- not just SW, but every airline.

Not all city pairs qualify. You'll get an error message if you try to use cyber30 with an invalid city pair. In my case DAL/MDW does not qualify.

Actually, the rule is you cannot earn two RR bonus points buckets withn 24 months. If it hs been more than 24 months since your last RR bonus, you can cancel yur card, apply for a new card and get another RR bonus.

Not all city pairs are included in the sale. I tried to book DAL/MDW and got the error message.
If you try to book a city pair that is excluded from the sale, you get the error.

It depends on how much you fly. If you don;t frequently fly, probably not. You can check in at t-24 and if you get a bad boarding position, you can try to pay to upgrade to A1-A15. Do that three times and you spend about $150

Sounds to me like you should contact Uplift.
If your credit card charge shows as pending, you still haven't been charged. It's a real charge when the word pending is removed.
Pending means one of two things:
1) The charged happened on day one and it's still day 1 (meaning your bank hasn;t acted on it yet)
2) The bank is waiting for verification from Uplift that the chage is real -- if a charge shows as pending for more than one day, that is still the case. It also likely means there will be no merchant verification and the charge wil simply vanish is a few days. Merchants typiclly send the verification on day 1.
