I'm not sure what it is since I'm not a SW retireee.
It seems you have to log off the Southwest Community (where you are now). and then log back in and you'll see the retiree portal info on the right side of the page.

You are most welcome, Gus.
You know there is a place for retired SW employees to log in. I don't know whether or not it provides any functionality to allow you to contact others like you. I'm ex TI, and I know the TI alumni association does sponsor get togethers. Maybe Southwest's does, too. I dunno.
All the best to you.

The world changed. The airline industry changed, and Southwest had to change a bit.
I fly a lot - maybe 30 flights a year and I have been doing that for years. I still see a lot of the old SW today. I still see FAs and gate attendants having fun..
Take a few more flights, and maybe you'll see it too.

That was my point. What is considered a disability by law is so vast by definition Southwest can’t touch it or challenge anyone legally without potential repercussions. But when you see people who couldn’t walk while boarding a flight remove their braces or boots while walking to baggage claim, something has to give.
What would have to happen is that the federal law would have to be changed. Lottsa luck with that one.

"only sell earlybird for the A boarding position.
There is no way to do that because there is no way to know how many A-Listers will grab A spots until 36 hours before the flight. You could have A50-A60 available and then 10 A Listers buy tickets and grab them.
EBCI only guarantees 2 things:
1) you don't need to worry about checking in at t-24 hours
2) You will get a better boarding position than everyone that checks in manually.
That's it.

"People grossly abuse this system. I think you should have to prove your disability to pre-board."
The Air Carrier Access Act does not allow that. The law would have to be changed.

In general
"The rules for power banks with more capacity than 27,000mAh differ per airline. Power banks with a capacity of more than 43,000mAh can't go with you on the plane. Sometimes, power banks with a capacity between 27,000mAh and 43,000mAh may be taken onto a plane, but only in consultation with the airline."
You could ask SW what it's rules are by click on "contact us" below and following prompts to the specific area you need.

You can find them via the confirmation numbers, or if you added their RR numbers when you made the purchases, they can see them in their RR accounts.
If they don;t have RR accounts, they should sign up so they will be able to see the flights.

From today's WGN TV Chicago news story about the $53 fare sale.
Well, I tried to upload the actual pic, but the system would not let me do so, so here's a link to the pic.

Assuming someone other that SW did not pick up your item, then you have done all you can do to increase the odds the item will be returned to you. Including the serial number is normally the #1 thing you can do.
The process can take up to 30 days.
I hope you get the item back.

Most people wouldn't try to check in a week in advance. Thus, they would not see any kind of error messages.
If you see that the flight is booked, and the SW rep confirms it is in the system, nothing is wrong.
