Hey Daaaeeee  Hope training and everything is going well. I just went and got my temp badge today and start orientation on Monday. I was just curious what to expect my first couple days and also, if you've already been to Dallas for the training. If so, how long were you in Dallas? I was told Fly in Sunday then home Friday...then the email said 11 days in Dallas. Then told something else...so I figured you were most recent class for CSA in Phx  so why not just ask you lol.    If you have anything you can tell me from above questions, or anything you'd like to pass along (helpful hints/suggestions/advice) I'd be happy to listen! I'm sure I will need to start learning the cities and airport codes soon too. @About2be I'm looking at possibly working through a staffing agency until I go to Dallas. (Positive thinking!!) And creating a thread looking for other local co-hearts traveling the same time as me is a great idea!   I saw a fb post a little while ago saying they received an offer shortly after their virtual interview today! Look at the discussion where other CSA’s and SWA applicants have posted their timelines for getting hired, and actual start dates.  You will see its a process and patience is key.  You will also see several posts of ppl saying that SWA has actual people reviewing our applications and not BOTS (be very thankful for that) so it may take longer.  When I was offered my CJO, she also said “please be patient, as the process can take a while”.  I think you are both fine, just keep checking your emails, and def check the junk and spam folders, I found one of my emails in there. ...
