I believe it means that your application has been viewed, my app stayed “in process” until I got the contingency offer pending background and drug test.   As long as it does not say complete you are still being considered.  Good luck! ... View more

I believe the procedure is you apply directly to the job opening and then they decide if they are going to contact you for an interview.  As far as work day goes, when you log into the career site it will take you directly to work day to set up your profile. I haven't done that part yet. I was registered on the old site which was run by ICIMS. However when I now try to sign in, it is redirecting me to work day. I'm assuming I have to get in there and update everything or create a new profile.  ... View more

@desl thank you for being so helpful! I'm still hopeful. My application still says "in process"  It seems as though some of you received calls or emails for interviews in July. That's great! I too submitted right away but the system was so overwhelmed I had to redo it twice because it wouldn't accept my resume'. However I did receive a confirmation that my application and I am guessing resume' was received also. I will continue to be prayerful and hopeful. Like you stated if it's for us we'll get it 🙏🏾 ... I am still excited and hopeful, but a little bit concerned as there are many candidates with much later time stamps than myself that are reporting they already have conditional job offers . Some candidates are reporting how many applications they've gone through and others have said they go by state to state.  You gotta take all that with a grain of salt, I guess, so I'm still energized and doing everything I can to prepare. I've worked for SWA before and it's absolutely the best company out there to work for! I know I will rock it at this position! I just wish I was able to attach my awesome resume in the beginning, it would have really made my application stand out. Good luck to you! @Vmartinez25151 with 27,000 applications, they cannot update every individual. If they tried to do that, they would be even further behind in the interview process than they are. They are going through them as quickly as they can. Some states are taking longer than others due to being more popular. I know it's easier said than done, but you just have to be patient. ... @MsPrez if you're both local to the area, then there may not be an issue. However, having someone travel with you to Dallas would be frowned upon. Personally, I would use the after training times to partner up with someone, or a group of people, to study what has been covered in training, or to study for tests. ... View more

@nataliepruitt12 just to ease your mind, missing the webinars is not a deal breaker. Last Tue was about flight attendants (I missed it, so not sure what all they covered). Week before was on STAR method tips, but you can find really helpful info on YouTube.    Do you have previous emails with the webinar link? It's the same link for each week. You don't have to register for each webinar.    As for being 'in process' even those that have been offered a position are still showing the same. Keep in mind that 27,000 applications were submitted, some states more popular than others, so they are running behind. I know it's easier said than done, but be patient. And there will be more than 1 training class, so if you don't make the Sept class, there will be more.    Good luck!! ... View more

@About2be I'm looking at possibly working through a staffing agency until I go to Dallas. (Positive thinking!!) And creating a thread looking for other local co-hearts traveling the same time as me is a great idea!   I saw a fb post a little while ago saying they received an offer shortly after their virtual interview today! @adrienneb, do you know if resume upload emails are being sent out? I've seen people posting that they received an email to schedule an interview already, but nothing about uploading a resume.   When I joined the talent community, I uploaded it then. Is there a way for them to see that when looking at applications?? I'm getting a bit nervous over here since they are going by the order of applications submitted, and I'm pretty sure mine was submitted a little after 9am CST, although I didn't actually check the time.
