Non-Passenger Escort: "We offer Non-Passenger Escort (NPE) passes to people who are accompanying or meeting a Customer with a disability to/at the Customer's gate. NPE authorization should be requested from a Southwest Airlines Customer Service Agent at our ticket counter or Skycap podium. Please advise the Agent that you need to accompany/meet a Southwest Passenger to/at the gate to accommodate the Passenger's disability. You will need to present photo identification and a copy of the Southwest Customer's itinerary. We recommend reviewing our Suggested Airport Arrival Times page to determine how far in advance you should arrive at the airport terminal so that you have plenty of time to park, wait in line to receive a NPE pass, go through the security checkpoint, and get to the gate".

Hi I just looked at a flight today that was scheduled to fly from Fort Lauderdale to Cuba and it leaves out of gate B7 and other demostic flights leave from the same B gates. Arriving flights from Nashville to Fort Lauderdale also land at B gates. You do not have to change terminals... You will most likely land at the international terminal on the way back from Cuba to clear customs.

"If an EarlyBird Check-In Customer chooses to change a flight, will the EarlyBird Check-In options transfer to the new flight?" "It depends. EarlyBird Check-In is tied to the Customer’s reservation for which the EarlyBird Check-In purchase was made and will be transferred to the Customer’s new flight if he/she changes the flight at least 25 hours prior to the original flight’s scheduled departure time and so long as the change is to a flight that will depart in more than 25 hours. Since EarlyBird Check-In is associated with a reservation, any changes must be made within the same reservation record (same confirmation number) in which the Customer purchased EarlyBird Check-In."

Hi If you have 3 different conformation numbers you will all have to check in separately. You can bring snacks but you will have to purchase bottle water after you go through security. "Who is eligible to use online check in at Southwest.com and print a boarding pass?" "To use online check in at Southwest.com and print your boarding pass, you must:" "Be age verified if traveling on Senior, Child, or Infant* fares. Check in beginning 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Check in at least one hour prior to your scheduled departure time. Have purchased an eligible fare type (Customers holding reservation for military fares must proceed to the airport check in). * This only applies to infants traveling on an infant fare. Customers traveling with children under two years old who are traveling as lap children must still present a valid birth certificate for the child and check in with a Customer Service Agent at the airport. "These requirements, fare rules, heightened security, and other issues may prevent some reservations from qualifying for Online Checkin."
