Non-Passenger Escort: "We offer Non-Passenger Escort (NPE) passes to people who are accompanying or meeting a Customer with a disability to/at the Customer's gate. NPE authorization should be requested from a Southwest Airlines Customer Service Agent at our ticket counter or Skycap podium. Please advise the Agent that you need to accompany/meet a Southwest Passenger to/at the gate to accommodate the Passenger's disability. Hi I just looked at a flight today that was scheduled to fly from Fort Lauderdale to Cuba and it leaves out of gate B7 and other demostic flights leave from the same B gates. Arriving flights from Nashville to Fort Lauderdale also land at B gates. You do not have to change terminals... You will most likely land at the international terminal on the way back from Cuba to clear customs.

No. EarlyBird Check-In Customers will have their boarding positions reserved beginning 36 hours prior to their flight's scheduled departure time. Boarding Passes can be accessed beginning 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled local departure time. You can also print your pass at the Southwest Airlines kiosk at the airport.

Federal regulations prohibit the use of child booster seats and harness-or vest-type restraining devices, unless such devices have been specifically approved by the Federal Aviation Administration under a Type Certificate (TC), Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), or Technical Standard Order (TSO). No. That has always been Southwest policy on drink coupons. The ones that you are referring to that came once a year or so were from Chase Southwest Rewards credit card. I don't believe they are sending them anymore.
