You can put clothes, etc in ski and snowboard bags, so I presume the same applies to surfboard baggs.

Southwest does not charge for checked bags or carryons. So you could not make an election to check bags or have carryons when you made your reservation.

I'm afraid the rule is one carrier per passenger with a max of 2 animals per carrier. Also, I donlt beleive you can buy a seat for an animal - besides the one carrier per passenger would still apply.
Can you find someone to travel with you and the other person would take the second carrier?

I am not absolutely certain, but I suspect that the reservation system does not have the capability of using two companion passes on one reservation.

F.a.t. Guys Burger Bar - Tulsa Intl. AP (censor casued me to use periods to post this - ridiculous)
Double meat burger with choice of 14 toppings, regular fries that would be a large anywhere else. Total price including tax $12.41.
And the burger was pretty good, too. Not the healthiest food one should eat, but if you only do ir occasionally, it probsbly won't k.i.l.l. you (censor caused me to use periods here too)

To keep status, for the most part, you actually have to fly - of course you could get enough qualifying points by spending lots of money on our RR credit card - you earn 1500 qualifying points for every $5000 you spend so to earn the 35,000 points needed to get A-List you'd have to spend over $115,000.

That's been my experience, too.
Also, I've found that I can make more than two changes. I have one flight that I have already changed 3 times, and I just checked and the system will let me make a 4th no charge change.

I assume that you have a new Chase RR card. I saw that becasue
RR points automatically move to your SW RR account after each Chase CC statement. About the only way you could have 88k points on your card is for it to be a new card and your statement hasn;t yet been issued.
If what I descirbed is accurate, you should get your RR points after your next Chase CC statement.

Nobody was detained. The plane was at the gate. The door was open. Anyone that wanted to leave the plane could gave simply stood up and marched out the door.
Of course that would have also fixed the adjoing seat issue/

1) You were told wrong about having to go thru security a second time. If you have a boarding pass for the second flight, then just go to the gate of the second flight.
2) The likely problem you are running in to is a rule that Southwest will not book a flight that involved more than one plane change. You'd change in Denver, and then probsbly change again to get to KOA.
I hate to say this, but sometimes it just makes sense to fly a different airlin

I don;t know for sure, but I suspect that Chase just closes the account.
And, yes, as long as you have the userid and password you can keep using the points. I've done it. As a matter of fact you can continue to add points to the account - if you need a few - by using the SW dining and SW shopping optuons.
Ive done it.

There is bo answer to your quztion. If you know your dates of travel, book the flights. Then keep watching. If fares go down, You can rebook to the same flights at no cost and pocket the fare difference as a travel credit good for future travel.

Sorry to hear of your father in laws death.
If the credits came from Wanna Get Away + tickets, you can transfer them to another Rapid Rewards member for that person;s use.
If the credits came from Wanna Get Away tickets, they are non transferable -- but
you can use them to buy a WGA+ tiket and then cancel that ticket - thus creating a transferable flight credit that another person can use..

Most bags are reunited with their owners. I hope that is your end result.
I hope you had name/address/phone ID both inside and outside your bag.
SW has an online bag tracker. If you use it, you should be able to see the last place your bag was scanned by the airlne.
