Sorry to hear of this. Unfortunately, the flight vouchers can't be shared. However, as things hopefully turn up, I hope you'll find a new place to travel, and soon! If you really can't work with the voucher, DM the airline over social media and they should be able to assist with other options.

Hopping in here. I love Southwest as an airline, but don't work for them here. Each and every one of our comments belong to us, as contributors, but more importantly: as Passengers. As long as you cancel 10 minutes before the flight, you'll get a credit for you ticket value which will expire in June 2021. Does this help?

I think it really depends on the bank, in this case likely Chase. They usually post in the early morning hours, but with the latest COVID-19, some schedules have been a bit off (aside from the flights, we hope!). Looking forward to hearing what happens, and best of luck booking those flights!

To add, you can now track your travel funds in your profile. Starting December 3, 2019, if you include your Rapid Rewards number in your flight reservation, you will be able to view available travel funds from unused tickets, tickets cancelled in accordance with the No Show Policy, or tickets which have a residual balance. All travel involving funds from any confirmation number must be completed by the expiration date. To locate available travel funds generated prior to December 3, 2019 or get additional details on available travel funds listed here use the Travel Fund Lookup.

+1 to this! SWA points are great for SWA, and that's pretty much it. What makes SWA different than other airlines is that the value of the ticket in dollars will almost always equal that same value in points. In other words, the mile is always worth the same amount.
