You need to know those codes backward and forward. That's all I am probably allowed to say about the test. You just have to know the codes. There is no guess work involved.

They'll let you know if they need something from you. As long as you have a CJO, you're almost certain to get an official offer. Just be patient. Those emails take a while to come, but they will come.

You never can tell when they'll take on FA's. Unfortunately, you have to be lightning fast when the posting pops up, *if* it pops up. Good luck and sign up for alerts on the careers page.

Thank you. 🙂
Dallas varies based on job function, but ramp goes for 4 nights. Keep an eye out for the email with Dallas info. It'll be in a link to a pdf at the bottom of an email. It didn't show up as an attachment and I almost missed it.

@About2be @CeceGirl29 So far, I've worn business casual. The first day was a black blouse, black fitted pants, and black flats. Second day was a pink top, purple pencil skirt, pink flats. Third day was a blue boat neck top, dark blue pinstriped pants, and silver loafers. I am keeping it classy 💯. I did bring a notebook and pen. It's not required, but there will be things you want to write down for future reference, for example, your SW employee number, station phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Everyone did stand up to introduce themselves. It wasn't too bad when they got to me because, like I said, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Here in Tampa, tornado warnings and lightning strikes around the airport kept flights grounded on Saturday. Nothing in or out.

Just finished my second day and boy, let me tell you, it is a lot of information.
Prior to my first day I was sent an email about where to park, where to meet, and what time to be there. I cannot even begin to stress how important it is that you are 100% on time. Attitude and attendance are major to SW. You need to plan accordingly to be there on time or early. My schedule for this week will be M-F 0730-1600. Everyone in my class is so friendly, and personable. There isn't anyone that I haven't been able to hold a conversation with. We are a mix of CSA and Ramp. The instructors are top-notch and can pretty much answer any question you think of. The first day kind of felt like a day to settle in and get to know everyone you'll be in class with. We met with some of our SW airport managers and sups, mentors, and fellow co-hearts. The current employees that I've seen just walking around the area have been so friendly and welcoming. SW really is the gold standard when it comes to friendly faces. I love it so far. 😍

Email onboarding or your recruiter. I also had an issue logging in and it just needed to be reset. It was a quick fix.

I got my Dallas emails super early this morning (4/4), on the day of my start date. It has all the info about what to expect, and classes. However, it did not have any specifics about travel/accommodations. I'm sure that will come much later.

You'll get SIDA stuff closer to your start date. You need to get the 'all clear', do onboarding, then you'll get SIDA and first day info. Dallas will be either week 3 or week 4 during training. For me, I'll be going to Dallas during week 4.

2 weeks before my start date, I got an email to start the SIDA process. I just had my appt for my badge on this past Friday, and I start on Monday. 😅 I got all my first day info on Thursday. When I went to have my badge done, I was able to meet with our local SW rep afterwards and ask all the questions I wanted. But yes, hurry up and wait. Lol

You really have to be patient during this process. The recruiters are hiring hundreds of people. They will eventually get to everyone and you will get your email with the 'all clear'. And then you'll be waiting for more emails. Lol. It's a vicious cycle.

This website is mainly job applicants and regular customers. Every once in a while there will be an employee that replies, but it's not often.
In all my SW emails, there is an email address at the bottom. I've never hit the reply button. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share it in these posts.

@Pattalamantez I had a federal job for 8 years, military time was forced on me. Lol. I'm good on my airport codes, I need to learn the smaller airports tho.😬 The link I posted was given to me, and its the current list of SW destinations.

I don't think so. I've heard for some people it disappears, and others it doesn't. For some people that have had it disappear, they've still received an offer, so there is still hope there. Either way, I'm sure you'll hear soon. Give it a few weeks.

I believe they fly you there. I think I saw somewhere that it was a requirement that you take their flight and use their hotel... but if you can turn down the flight, idk. Maybe it's a liability thing? Ironically, they do say its safer to fly than drive lol.

They are constantly rated in the top companies to work for, and companies with happiest employees. I've also heard good and bad, but you never know until you get in there yourself and give it a try.
