I am sorry to hear about your delay. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes of a major arline such as Southwest and they do what they can to ensure each flight departs ontime and inform customers about delays. Unfortunately, sometimes even the agents at the airport don't learn about the delays until after the customers are informed through automatic messaging. That happened to me recently when I was traveling. I received a text that my flight was canceled, went up to the agent to get reaccommodated, and the agent didn't know of the cancelation yet.

I don't believe that can be done online but if you call or email Customer Relations they should be able to export your activity to a spreadsheet and email it to you. Hope this helps!

Customer Relations probably won't be able to help you. They will just refer you to your credit card company, if this was a fraud situation.

It sounds like this may be unauthorized use of your credit card and that would be something you need to take up with your credit card company, not Southwest. If you purchased a ticket for someone else, and then canceled it, it is Southwest's policy that travel funds are customer specific, regardless of who purchased the ticket, and that is all laid out in the terms and conditions, etc.

25 hours is correct. When the EB transfers, if the change is done to a flight at least 25 hours prior to departure, you would still get your boarding position before all those without EB because they can't get their boarding positions until they can check-in 24 hours prior to departure.

Southwest is working on the issue and there is no known exact time when it will be fixed. That said, anytime you don't get an A boarding position and you are Tier, you can board after the A group, before family boarding and before B group.

There is no set amount you need to book a flight with points. Just as fares vary widely, so do the amount of points needed; the less expensive fares will require fewer points. To check this out, go on the website to book a flight and click the button next to points and then the fares will display in points needed instead of dollars. Hope this helps.

There is a known issue and Southwest is working on it. The Agents should be well aware of this issue so talk to them about boarding in the A group. Most of them will probably allow you to board early. There is no need to call or email Customer Relations because they can't manually change your boarding position anyway. All you will get is an apology and you'll end up right where you started.

You are allowed a carry on and a personal item. So your backpack would be your carry on and your purse would be the personal item. You shouldn't have any problems taking both on the flight, as long as one will fit under the seat in front of you.

No, you will not have to use the same form of payment, i.e., the company credit card you used to purchase the original reservation, to use the funds. That $35 in travel funds that you received by finding a lower fare stay associated with that confirmation number and can only be used by the named passenger (travel funds are non-transferable), and yes, you can use them for a personal trip later because they are in your name. To use the funds, when you are booking a new reservation, on the payment page, there is a button to apply travel funds. Click that button and type in the confirmation number into the appropriate box. Hope this helps!

It's part of the Terms & Conditions agreed to when you purchase the new ticket. When travel funds are used to purchase a new ticket then that ticket takes on the earliest expiration date of the funds used (voucher, travel funds, etc.). The expiration date is included in the emails sent regarding the new reservation.
