For the disney tickets You would need to link your tickets in the Disney app. If your going to disney world (in Florida) it's the my disney experience app and once linked you can use Disney genie to help you with your day at the park. If you are going to Disney World and need help a couple of us here can help as well with tips. Keep in mind for both Disney parks you need a park reservation which you can make after you link your tickets to the Disney app. There is not a way or really even a reason to link your Disney/universal tickets to SW because they are different companies. SW vacations (which is not actually Southwest) might sell a package including tickets but once you get those tickets you would deal with the individual business (Disney and universal in your case) -Blake

Sorry to hear of your issue. I would reach out to Southwest by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of this page and someone from customer relations can investigate. You could ask when they processed the refund and to what card and look back at your statement as you may have actually gotten the refund and just overlooked it. We are all human and miss things from time to time. If you didn't get the refund maybe you can send customer relations a screenshot of proof. There is a giveaway going on however I'm not sure if winners are being selected daily or at the end of the entry period. Normally winners are selected after the contest closes. What is the email address that told you that you won? I would look at that and look for weird spellings of southwest in the email. You could also send a screenshot of the email to southwest on Facebook or Twitter for verification as it's better to be safe than sorry. -Blake

The boost were given awhile back (months a go although I don't remember what date it posted to my account) keep in mind the points and flight credits will show on the status tracker but the points are not points you can spend and you had to be a RR member at the beginning of the year to get the boost. -Blake

Yeah it's been rough and unfortunately from what I am seeing at AUS for later today (Sunday) all cancellations are SW except 1 Spirit flight so ATC and weather don't seem to be the truth here and I've had 3 flights cancelled so far in the last 24 hours hopefully they figure things out soon.

With travel funds: if you have a rapid rewards account and your RR number was on the reservation before you cancelled then yes you can see the funds available by logging in to your RR account and go to the "my account" section of the app or website and you should be able to see the funds available. With LUV Vouchers: unfortunately those won't be attached to your RR account unless you book a flight with the voucher and cancel the flight then that cancelled flight becomes a travel fund which you can see in your RR account. If you don't have a RR account then unfortunately you would need the confirmation numbers to look up travel funds. RR means rapid rewards or rapid rewards account -Blake

Looks like it might be a good time to bring this back up to the top. due to a lot of flight cancellations hold times are very long on the phone right now. most reservations can be rebooked on southwest.com or the mobile app I would rebook on one of those methods. if you can’t rebook on the app or website I would try the in app chat feature or reach out to Southwest on Facebook or Twitter DM for assistance. Please be patient wait times will be long on all methods but hopefully not sitting on hold will be faster and less stressful (I know that hold music can get annoying) and hopefully you will be on your way to your destinations soon. -Blake

I would reach out on Facebook or Twitter to cancel but you need to cancel the return or you will be considered a no show and you will lose those funds. At least by messaging Southwest on Facebook or Twitter in a DM it will have a time stamp and maybe they will be lenient since it’s very hard to get through on the phone. Did you originally pay with a travel fund or LUV voucher? If so that refund would be held as travel funds under the confirmation number that you were booked under. You could also call reservations 800-435-9792 and see if they can take another look or escalate to someone who can investigate.

In AUS i just take the city bus and its only $2.50RT and from my place its not too long of a ride. My dad and other family members use the parking spot about $5 a day plus taxes. If he's late he will park at the economy lot now that it has finally reopened $8 a day. During the covid closure the only options were Red and Blue garage at $20-$25 a day the garage was full most of the time and unreliable so the parking spot started getting extra business from my family.

I've heard of some getting the voucher reissued after calling it can take up to 14 days to get the voucher though if they are able to resend or recreate it. Heck on that long of a delay you might be able to ask for more than $100. I've seen some get $200 for that long of a delay (depending on what caused the delay) you would need to reach out to southwest though to request the voucher be resent or resent for a higher value but I guess $100 is better then nothing.

I think your husband would be ok in 2 seats as I have seen others that size fit in 2 seats. I would proactively book the flight and it can be refunded after travel is complete. When booking just be sure you put XS in the middle name that way it will recognize it as a COS reservation and after travel is complete you can reach out to Southwest on Social media or call 800-435-9792 and they can get the 2nd seat refunded. -Blake

If you were booked on the same confirmation number her funds will be held under that confirmation number so when she goes to book a new flight she can look at the confirmation number that is under your account and just enter her name when applying the funds on the payment screen. At this time there is not a way to add the funds to an account after you cancel a booking without a RR account being on the reservation before canceling. Had she had an account then added the number to the reservation then cancelled it would have showed up but in this case it's not linked so it won't be in her account. (Sorry if that sounds complicated) The other option would be to rebook a flight while logged in to her RR account using all of her funds and cancel then the funds will show up in the account. So if she has $100 in TFs find a $100 flight book it then cancel (while she is logged in) and boom the funds will show up for when she wants to book later without remembering the confirmation number. -Blake

If you used the LUV voucher to buy a flight then cancelled the flight that voucher would become a travel fund and you can then see that under the travel funds page on your account. If you want to see how much is left on the voucher you would need the voucher number and security code as already mentioned.
