My flight last month was cancelled and I had to fly out the NEXT morning. If you go to twitter, you will see the same generic response to the cancellations. I'm not sure what SW has going on but I hope they get it together. All of these cancellations cannot be weather related. My personal opinion is it has something to do with issues with their mechanics.

They do not give refunds for weather related cancellations. They will, however give you a discount on a room and nothing else.

I have a co-worker stuck with the same issue. My return flight to Houston was cancelled on 4/30 as well. I had a hard time trying to get back home. I was persistant and managed to bet back home earlier than they anticipated. It is very frustrating that customer service and gate agents appear not to care.

I LOVE Southwest's open seating policy BUT what can be done about passengers not boarding in order as they should? I assume there is not a process in place to make sure passengers board the flight in order. I was with the A31-60, while theperson in front of me was with her friend and she was in the B40 spot. I'm just curious since I purchased EBC.

The only issue I had was a B40 person boarding in front of mein my A40 spot. I remember being in MN for a celebration and I attended many parties while there. You can imagine the look on my face when I saw a lady that I had seen a number of times through out the week long celebration, in a wheel chair when it was time to board the plane to leave. They even had the nerve to cause a raucous....It happens

Just dispute the charges with your credit card company or head to twitter. I went through the Southwest portal for emailing them complaints. I asked for them to address this asap as I felt it was rediculous that I be charged like this but since it is a relatively small amount ($8 per charge) it would be easy for me to just forget when I was done traveling. I received a file number and an email that I would get a response within 24 hours. I did not get a response in 24 hours. I did just get a response that said they were now transfering my complaint to another department. This is absolutely rediculous that they would go through all of this for a small refund. Of course, I tried to respond to their email today and their email does not allow responses and sent me back to the original page to file a complaint from Sunday. I re-filed my complaint and let them know I would no longer be using them moving forward if this is not rectified immediately. It is sad, really, because I use Southwest exclusively (when possible) for work and personal travel mainly because of the excellent customer service. The dismissive attitude of the in flight staff and now this with their lack of timely response is ruining that reputation.

4-6 wks and it is a SLOW process. In the beginning it was a speedy process. Now I just wait and hopes that they transfer over. Rapid rewards shopping and dining seem to move quite fast.

I have earned over 2500 points so far. They just transfer in the order of the survey. The other rewards toy get as soon as you redeem them. I hope that helps. I have already booked a couple of flights using RR points. That needs to roll over to hotels and booking cars all on the same site.
