I don’t know of a way to search for them specifically but I you have a destination in mind you can use the flexible search and find the low ones by month; I was able to rebook a couple flights as well as found some new one; most of the deals I found were Tue / wed or early morning and late night on other days

Unfortunately I do not believe there are any direct commercial flights on any airline between Phoenix and PBI. As far as the quickest path I would suggest flying through Atlanta on what ever airline you choose. As others have suggested Fort Lauderdale is a much bigger airport and does offer non-stops from Phoenix, but as a fairly frequent traveler to South Florida I understand there is a big difference between Fort Lauderdale and and PBI especially if "family" is picking you up at the airport, assuming they can pick you up at the Fort Lauderdale airport is just plain rude, (my 2 cents).

Maybe American since PHX is a hub for them

Routes and schedules change frequently based on demand and other business factors. If you are looking for non-stop flights from DTW to PHX, they start back up on Saturdays beginning June 11.

you probably signed up for some type of points bonus, once you did what the offer required you to do (the action) to earn points, the points were added to your account.

@SWFlyer007 wrote: @JenT Am I missing something. Once you made the conversion to points, didn't you book your flight then? If so, you didn't lose anything. No, she planned to rebook before 9/22. So she's out 6%, plus or minus whatever difference in fares. That's another gripe I have with SWA... (one of the few, but this point thing is one more). You can't book more than several months out, making annual trip planning difficult. Even though they extended the expiration, you still have to sit on the funds until the flight itinerary is released, and then you're that much closer to them expiring. I fly a lot, so I have to be careful which flights are near expiration if I cancel them. So I took the points deal to "reset" all the expiring funds. They just thanked my patronage by taking a 6% tip from me.

I am just not happy with the points devaluation and the creep in points required for a flight. You have a unique airline, but it seems you are headed to be just like all the rest... don't do it.

@dealm8ker wrote: You guys are not addressing my issue. I earned Companion Pass in 2019 AND 2020. To earn it in 2020, I spent over $100,000 on the Southwest Credit Card. If I had known that the 2020 Companion Pass was going to be worthless, I would have spent that money on my Disney card and would have earned at least $1,000 in Disney Dollars. I actually lost money by earning Companion Pass in 2020. No need to double post. That just complicates matters. You haven't "lost" any money. Your 2020 pass isn't "worthless". You're just mad that they extended the pass for free due to Covid. Oh well. Life goes on. You made over $1600 in RR points. Last I checked, that's worth more than $1000 in Disney dollars. Yes, you weren't able to game the system to maximize your benefit due to Covid, and SW extending the 2020 CP for free. So you're EXACTLY where you'd have been had Covid not hit. And yet you're complaining? Next time, I suggest you dig out your crystal ball and see what the future has in store. This way, you'll maximize your benefit, and not get mad when someone gives you something free that you already worked for. Or you could just think about things more realistically. That's what I do. (I also have that "worthless" 2021 CP)

I earned it early this year, had 5 flights booked that all we either cancelled on me or had to be cancelled. I ended up with thousands of dollars in credit an not extension of a Companion Pass, when those whose pass expires this year get an extension. That's not equity! Did Southwest prohibit you from taking your flights? If not, I don't see how the airline is responsible. By that logic, Southwest shouldn't have extended anyone's Companion Passes (or A-List status). But they did. The point being made is that all CP holders received some sort of accommodation, except those who had earned it this year.

Points are always subject to change. Just like points per dollar may go down or go away, points per dollar might also be increased for a period of time. The way I see it, it's extra points, and I'll take them!

That promo was from Southwest. This particular one was the 3rd or 4th version of the promo offered over the last year or so. The terms and conditions (below) state, "Bonus points will post directly to your Southwest Rapid Rewards® account and will not appear on your credit card statement," which leads me to believe that Southwest is who you should talk to regarding the missing bonus. -- Did you register first at the Southwest website? -- Have more than 25,000 points posted to your Rapid Rewards account under "credit card" and that doesn't include a new account sign-up bonus? -- Do you qualify with regards to the other terms shown below? If so, reach out again to Southwest Customer Relations (I recommend via Twitter or Facebook private message). If you've earned the points on your Chase account, bu they're not showing on the Southwest side, you may have to start with Chase. Good luck! Terms and Conditions: To be eligible for this bonus offer, you must register between 11/1/2019 and 2/29/2020 11:59 p.m. ET and have a minimum of 25,000 points earned from Rapid Rewards Credit Card post to your Rapid Rewards account during the promotion period of 12/1/2019 and 2/29/2020. You will qualify for and receive a 25% bonus on points earned from your Rapid Rewards credit card which are also posted to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account during the promotional period. Points that are earned from your Rapid Rewards credit card during the promotional period but are not posted to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account during the promotional period will not receive the 25% bonus points. The 25% bonus points will count towards Companion Pass qualification, but will not count toward A-List or A-List Preferred qualification. Please allow up to 8 weeks after the end of the promotional period for the 25% bonus points to post to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account. Maximum bonus point accumulation during the promotional period is 25,000 bonus points per Rapid Rewards account. Bonus points earned from Chase on a new credit card promotion will not be eligible for the 25% bonus. Points transferred from Chase Ultimate Rewards to Southwest Rapid Rewards will not be eligible for the 25% bonus. Only the Rapid Rewards® member who received this offer from Southwest Airlines® is eligible for this promotion. Offer is nontransferable. Chase is not responsible for the provision of or failure to provide the stated benefits and services. Bonus points will post directly to your Southwest Rapid Rewards® account and will not appear on your credit card statement. To qualify for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.

When you say your statement closed on the 9th and you have not received your points, has your statement actually posted to your account (which usually happens a few days after the closing date)? If your April statement is available to see, then look for the points that were included in the statement.

My wife and I booked a nonstop flight from dtw to phx back in Dec. Southwest cancelled the nonstop and made it a connecting flight via Den. I went on line and sampled a mult city flight with the exact same schedule and was less expensive than the original connecting flight. I called southwest last and they said I could not get the travel credit and my bags would not transfer. I some explain why. Thank You Jeff

Then book directly through the rental company's website and select your frequent flyer account as your preferred rewards option. Actual earnings will vary based on the car company's rewards program. --TheMiddleSeat

@Jsmjeff wrote: Anybody know the best value to rapid rewards point by buying a higher priced ticket to score more points with business priority visa. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. First, which Chase card do you mean? (There's no "business priority visa.") For personal, there's the Plus, Personal and Priority. All three earn from Chase 2 points per $1 of Southwest purchases. On the Business side, there's the Premier and Performance cards (and an older Plus that's no longer issued). Premier (and Plus) earns from Chase 2 points per $1, and Performance earns from Chase 3 points per $1. Details here. Points earned from Southwest vary depending on the fare type: Wanna Get Away: 6x base fare (exclusive of taxes and fees) Wanna Get Away: 10x base fare (exclusive of taxes and fees) Business Select: 12x base fare (exclusive of taxes and fees) More info here. Using the Southwest Business Performance card to purchase a higher-priced Business Select fare would earn the most points. Keep in mind that Business Select fares (as well as Anytime ones) can be significantly more expensive than Wanna Get Away. If you can find a lower cost Business Select fare to your destination, and use the Performance card for the purchase, that might represent the best "value" available. Does that help?

@Jsmjeff wrote: So I have 39k points and I am thinking about appling for the 80k business card. Is there a way I can get a companion pass for 2 years? How can I time it? When do you earn the points, when they post? You'd get companion status concurent with the Chase billing statement that puts you over the spend limit, which then earns you the 80k points. You'd need to insure that billing statement happens in 2019 or your 39k in points goes away in 2020. Companion status would be for the rest of 2019 and all of 2020. Good luck
