I'm all done with first week training, OJT, Dallas training, and have recently been signed off and I am now working on my own! 😀
First day training info will come by the Friday before your start date (at the latest). You wont have your Dallas info for a while. I found out my Dallas dates during my first week. Our CSAs found out a few weeks later. Just continue to be patient with the process. There is going to continue to be a lot of unknowns, but eventually you will find out, and they will give you plenty of notice.

What if you created your own job?
Training ASL/ ADA to SWA employees. The class could be a requirement of the ASL basics and the basics of ADA training for ALL new and existing employees. I would love the ability to learn to communicate WITH EVERY human. You could making ASL, transcription, ADA modifications the norm instead of the expectation. looks like SWA scores 100.

Heyyyy! Your first week is called “federal” week. It’s where you go over required courses and conpany policies before you can start OJT. You’ll order uniforms and be able to set up your benefits. At my station it was M-F for week one, but the next 2-3 weeks Its OJT and had a mix of shifts mirroring my trainers schedule.
I leave to Dallas on Sunday for 11 nights 🙂
STUDY YOUR AIRPORT CODES!
it’s required for you to pass with 85% or higher, your trainer won’t be able to reload the course if you do not pass. It must be taken prior to heading to Dallas.

I haven’t yet 😕 Last contact I have was the email (on 03/14) pending the start date. I know one person who interviewed the same day as me but had a delay (about 2-3 days behind from where I was in the hiring process) in her* hiring process since she didn’t have a form of ID uploaded on her app and she still hasn’t heard back from her background being cleared . But I sent a follow up email to just check in and was told i’m still waiting on a start date. So i’m sure they want us to all start together as the next hiring class. But your next step is that you’ll receive an email with a start date, so hopefully you get yours soon!

When I first started looking into SWA corporate careers I used this mobile link (desktop looks the same but I used mobile)
https://careers.southwestair.com/
This link is a page with the job pictures as well as job openings. After I applied for corporate job I was given my "dashboard" to track my application. After that I would just straight to my dashboard where they do not post "FA, Pilot or Inflight" crew jobs.
Feb 23rd a post for FA supervisor PHX and then again about 2 weeks ago(¿End of Feb or beginning in March?) there was a Las Vegas FA , and LAV -FA Ground Supervisor Position posting at the link above. Of course the postings did state you must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, Las Vegas, so make sure you DON'T have any filters checked for location in your search or saved searchings. If you only want "FA" you will need to check ONLY home career page, I've named it the "SWA picture page" in my bookmarks. If you applied for any job make sure to always go back to "picture page" everyday not just your dashboard.
If you apply for a "non" inflight job, before a FA post your application, you will be in the system, and will have some of the FA application already filled in. Check your dashboard for updates on no flight status.
Good luck 🤞
Below is sample of "Picture Page" (mobile) vs. "Dashboard" (desktop)

So when I was checking the status of my background check, if they can’t finish the check I believe for that day, the estimated date of completion gets pushed back to the next day.
