Hello!
It's pretty common for Customers to travel with camping gear. The limited release of liability form (photo below) is a form Customers sign that releases Southwest Airlines from responsibility if the item is damaged due to its fragile nature.

One of our favorite times of the year around here at Southwest Airlines is Halloween. The costumes, the candy, the fun… oh how we love it!

You can check your rollator at the gate, and let the Customer Service Agent know that you will need it when you get off the plane. Our Ground Operations Agents will make sure to bring it up to the jet bridge along with strollers and other gate checked items, so you will have it as soon as you step off the plane.

Make sure you let a Customer Service Agent know that you need wheelchair assistance when you check in at the airport! Also, if you need to be accommodated by sitting in a particular seat, you can request a Pre-Boarding Pass at the gate. That will give you a little extra time to get on the plane and get comfortable.

Hey Southwest Community! Boarding is a hot topic in the forum, and one idea we've seen repeatedly brought up in discussion is the idea of boarding with your Companion. Well, we're going to test it out! From October 18 to November 8, 2017, we will be testing Companion Holders and their designated Companion boarding simultaneously, regardless of the Companion's boarding position, IF they bring their Companion card. The test will include Companion Pass Holders that are flying out of Denver or Dallas only. The Companion Card must be presented to the Operations Agent at the time of boarding. If you get to participate, leave a note on this thread. We'd love to hear what you think! The feedback you provide us on the Community truly does make difference. Keep it coming!

We do have a lot of folks who are serious about checking in right at that 24-hour mark, but nevertheless, I'm sorry that the boarding pass situation has been frustrating. We do have some great options available - Early Bird, becoming an AList (and it sounds like you're close!), or upgraded boarding, which is available at the gate.
Your business is important to us, and we don't want to see you go. While we don't have any plans to change our unique check in and boarding situation, please know that we're always listening to Customer feedback and looking for ways to improve your experience.

If you forgot to include your Rapid Rewards number on the reservation, you can still get credit for the flight. Just login to your account, and follow this path: My Account> Manage Account > Request Past Points

Hi @Dave1994, So sorry you continue to experience issues, especially as such a long-standing A-List Preferred Member. There’s a known issue surrounding car bookings when Customers are logged into his/her Rapid Rewards account. A fix is coming in early November, however, you can still book with your account number, just make sure you’re logged out of your account and add your Rapid Rewards number to the reservation within the booking flow. Hi @donnahastings, Have you tried clearing your cache? Southwest.com is compatible with both Chrome and IE, and this is the first report of difficulty with booking that we've heard today. We do not accept UM fees for Customers over the age of 12. We encourage our Customers to carefully consider whether their child is capable of traveling alone, as the Safety of our Customers and Employees will always be our top priority. If you do not feel that your child should travel without supervision, it would be best to purchase a ticket and travel with them.
