Wow super helpful! Yeah ah I definitely use this perk a lot because my schedule is so variable or if my the last flight of out LGA is delayed as it often the case and I can take an earlier one that lands at the time I was supposed to. I have been stranded in Las Vegas because I didn’t check the connecting flight so definitely recommend that!

The FlightRadar24 app lets you track a particular flight in terms of the aircraft, flight number and the ininerary. I start using it on the day before I fly and I can see where my aircraft has been, where it is going, and whether it is going to be on-time. I like to take early flights and I can double-check with this app to make sure the plane has arrived at the airport the night before and will be ready to go early the next morning.

Found a fix. Go to book a flight. Click the “From” box and when that opens click “current location”. When I did that it automatically fixed the problem.

That's awesome! And lucky you were spotted by the pilot. I feel like that's happened to me a couple times where Southwest has made decisions like that compared to other airlines and that's a reason why I fly it so much too

Yeah sometimes cookies on chrome are treated differently than safari. I suggest going to chrome—more—settings—advanced-passwords and check if you have southwest there under passwords. You can also go to cookies under advanced and reset them and make sure everything is enabled and nothing is blocked. That should do the trick!

I'm having the same issue. Since the iPhone X, I can't do anything after selecting dates. You literally can not book flights on the iPhone X or XS Max (I haven't tried it on an XS). I have uninstalled and re-installed to see if that resolves the issue, and it still does not work. I kept hoping this would be fixed, but it's still broken even in today's latest update.

@DancingDavidE, I see your point. If people buy EBCI anyway and they still get mid B, there could be even more disgruntlement at the airport. People who are already angry about the pre-boarders could really ramp up the anger.

I remember getting to the airport in MSP and seeing a passenger in a wheelchair to pre-board BUT she partied like a rock star for four days. It's amazing what people will do.

That’s terrible ! Definitely reach out to southwest and let them know what happened . It seemed like she was trying to discern whether they were pets or service animals but her questions were definitely out of line. I’ve seen similar situations in other flights and flight attendants never act this way.
