I just got a call as well for a flight time changed. And at least they offer the opportunity to get a full refund. I think they should give you a bit more time to reply. It's not like I have to just stop and research. But i do understand the need for a confirmation on my end.

Since I've given praise for many areas of SWA doing their best during the COVID issue, I'm going to say this: We are lining up in numbers of 10. There are 10 blue dots for us to line up on. Why can the ticket person just try and remind folks that they must line up on those dots and line up in "NUMERICAL" order? I've seen this on every flight. Number 1-10 called, a couple of people line up as not many are doing early check-in or business select due to no middle seat. They board, then 11-20 is called and 10 people line up? If only 2 got on with business select and early bird, there would be a vacant 11-15 and only 5 should be lining up? and then anything after 20 they don't line up they instead congregate right next to the ticket caller 1 feel apart or less and don't get on the dots. And those that do, don't' go by the numerical order. I was A 21, and when we got called to line up, the first 7 dots were already taken. Ok, thanks for listening.

totally agree with your assessment on this. but that damage doesn't have to be because not just one, the majority of bag handlers don't give a hoot about your bag or items. It's like the police, they know if they are sued the city pays for the settlement, so lives the baggage handler, they know you the passenger assume the risk of putting your bag on the belt, they will never pay.

OMG, how long will people continue to misrepresent what Dr. Fauchi said about wearing masks and why he said it, and most of all, WHEN, he said it.

DFWskier got most of my points. I've read so many threads and posts about the SW Travel issues that, even though I love SWA, this is their Achilles heel. But on the side of SWA, it's an outside agency, not SWA.

I borrowed this from another similar post. Your best bet is to go to the source which is updated on an ongoing basis: Southwest Promise. This way you will always have the latest requirements.

Personally, I wish SWA required everybody to wear both a mouth and nose mask as well as a face shield.

And how many times have you posted about the great service one of the Flight Attendants gave you? I'm on your side, we are the "valuable people" of the industry. Looking at this constructively, you did have your own water.... Personally, I've seen people on flights "MILK" the water and snack mask down opportunity. It once took an older gentleman an entire flight from Tucson to Las Vegas to drink his brought on drink. I'm just saying. But you've been given good advice, names, flight info and so on, because, yes, sometimes there is just somebody who is not being nice in all industries.

One flight of multiple flights, a companion flight is better than no flight. Even without an extension I'm happy SWA has this a part of their rewards system, otherwise, after 10 years, I'd be about 45,000 poorer. Be happy this program exists.

Sorry to hear of your situation, but I'm glad to know you were given the correct reason for the flight being canceled. Like others, I didn't find "not enough people" as a valid argument. I've done my pleading multiple times to customer service, and have been pleasantly surprised with what they gave me in return. Give it a try.

The data is great. I still bring my own disinfectant on board, I think it's just great protocol and wish everybody would board, pull out their wipes, and rub down. nothing wrong with that unless you leave the wipe in the seat...THROW them away. we can look at it as chipping in.

Well, I recently booked a trip to Hawaii in February. In talking with the SWA operator I was undecided about the early bird when she mentioned: By then SW may have the kinks out of the system that may allow my companion to board with me....SO, hold on to your hat. When is your trip? As mentioned, I've held the seat for my companion, but we are good about being online to check in right on the minute of the 24 check-in time and she is usually under B-10, so not much problem. can't wait for the kinks to be worked out.

I've traveled with my grandchildren under the age of 18 with and without school IDs because of under 5. I've always taken a birth certificate as a backup. Because we are Indigenous tribal members, we have also used tribal identification as well.

I feel for you and will do you one better. Flying from the west coast to the east coast one early morning with 2 connecting flights, (and 3 time zones). I forgot to factor the final time zone in and went shopping, only to find myself at the gate, guess what, 40 min late. Do you think due to my not understanding the time zone that I started from and was now flying from, they turned the plane back around for me???? Well, I know you know the story. In your case, you still have a full year to use your points, I had to buy another ticket because I didn't cancel in the 1 hour before takeoff. I'd take your situation any day.

Not sure why your talk in a question? he/she "may" be allergic. If it's a "may," then it isn't an issue, the animal "may" not make you allergic. If it's, "he/she "is" allergic, then yes, that's a concern. You have good answers on here about movement, SWA attendants will do all they can to make you comfortable as possible, with your MEDs.

Well in life everybody and everything gives us one disappointment at some time. My wife has, my children have, my boss has, my car, my phone, and the list goes one. (As I have to them as well) f this is your first, then just chalk it up as that one. You started off with a statement of "good service" and being loyal. That means that you both have had a good relationship up to now. Yes, it was a trip with your significant other and I totally understand that. If SWA lets you down again, then I'd say you have good cause to vent, and I for one, will listen.

Yes, you get them each year that your companion becomes eligible. Not really sure why, I've never taken it with me, nor have I ever been asked for it.

Since you can keep your identity private on here, I'm sure that anyone on the flight you are making a reference to would like to know the, WHICH FLIGHT, and how and why you are presenting this. I don't say it's your duty to inform us, but it's would be considerate to disclose this possible issue you have so others will know, the what, when, why, and most of all, HOW. Help us out please. It might help others in how to address or take precaution.

To both of you! I understand the issue with WIFI is important to some people. But as I write this comment I'm having issues with my on the ground home WIFI, it just happens. I know nothing about the WIFI world, I find it amazing that it can even happen, let alone on an airplane. I don't often buy the wifi either, but have in the past and mostly do it if I'm on flight that are two hours or more and I have another connecting flight with a two hour flight. I have been on a flight where it was, "completely out of service." Just like the old days before this electronic world, I found a way to occupy my time without it.
