Hi @sueechia,
Yes, typically the check will be sent by postal service. If you'd like to speak with a Customer Representative who can review your service request and provide a little more insight, you can call 1-855-234-4654. I'm sorry to hear that your bag was lost - I know that's a really frustrating situation.

Hi @mike499,
Our Customer-friendly policies do allow you to cancel a reservation and reuse those funds toward a different trip, however, you cannot apply them toward travel for a different person. Funds must remain with the person originally listed on the ticket. Also, funds must be used by the expiration date (one year from the date of original purchase).
If you purchased a Business Select or Anytime Fare, you can cancel and request a full refund of your ticket.

@t3337,
Like @chgoflyer said, if you've purchased a Business Select Fare, you are guaranteed an A1-A15 boarding position. If you received a boarding pass other than A1-A15 when you purchased a Business Select Fare, I encourage you to contact our Customer Relations Department (1-855-234-4654) so we can research your reservation and identify the problem. That wouldn't occur without a reason.

For the majority of our Customers, this is an effective and simple way to make changes to a reservation.
There are a few exceptions, like reservations booked over the phone, Group Travel Reservations, and SWA Vacations reservations. For those folks, we we recommend contacting a Customer Representative at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA.

Hi @Nhale,
Yes, you can bring your wheelchair with you to Cancun. It sounds like you are pretty familiar with the procedures, but just in case, here's a link to some helpful information about traveling with a power wheelchair. Thanks for posting to the Community - we look forward to seeing you onboard!

@smheeren,
The best way to quickly get to the bottom of this situation is to reach out to us on Twitter (@SouthwestAir). It will take some research from a Representative who can access the Rapid Rewards database and do a quick search for you. The good news is that this can be done relatively quickly - probably within 15-20 minutes.

Hi @rquimby1965,
Sounds like there are only three seats left at the lower fare, so you can book those together, then book the fourth ticket separately. @chgoflyer did a good job of explaining how the system works - there are only a given number of seats available in each fare bucket, so once one bucket is sold out, the next one becomes available.

A 3 page email is not a receipt. I wasted too much time printing an email, then take a photo of the portion of the email that details the expense. Then upload to my computer and then convert to a pdf. I then save this file and then I can attach it my Concur expense account. Really not worth the trouble. I do not understand why they make it so difficult

Funds applied to a new itinerary cause that new itinerary to take on the earliest expiration date of any funds. Now, more than every, you must read the fine print -- for all transactions that involve a significant amount of money. Southwest doesn't ever extend expiration dates, but they may be able to reissue the funds as a voucher, minus a $100/passenger fee. You'll need to talk to Customer Relations at 1-855-234-4654 (not the main number). These requests are granted on a case-by-case basis. You have 6 months after expiration in which to make the request, and once issued the voucher is valid for 6 months, and is usable by anyone. Good luck.

Hi there, @jkwillia,
Every account is different, but generally, bonus points will hit your account up to 6-8 weeks after the threshold is met. If you have questions specific to your account, we reccommend you give our friends at Chase a call at (800) 792-001. Southwest doesn't have access to your credit card account information.

Hi @nb3192,
You'll end up having to make the reservations separately because a reservation can't be paid partially in points and partially in cash/credit. Make sense? Let us know if you have any other questions, and happy travels with your family!

Unfortunately, unlike some other carriers, Southwest doesn't keep them in a "travel bank" that can be easily accessed. In order to access any travel funds, you need to know the associated confirmation number. You can use it to view the balance(s) here: https://www.southwest.com/flight/travel-funds-search.html

TSA will let you fly on a recently expired license. I found out the hard way when I flew with an expired license, yet couldn't rent a car. TSA had no issues and didn't mention it on either of my flights.

I'll second @LindseyD - if you are considering booking in points, there isn't much downside to grabbing it now and waiting to see what happens. If you cancel or change you plans, you get the points returned to your account.

Hi @smitty6pack,
You can print your boarding pass from a Southwest Kiosk using just your confirmation number, so you won't have any trouble there. As long as you have some form of identification and explain the situation at the ticket counter, they'll be able to print it for you as well.
Getting through TSA will be a little different, but it sounds like you've already done some research on that. For more info, check out their website here.
Sorry about the lost ID!

Hi @shel31580,
Thanks for posting in the Community! I'm glad that this is a good communication option for you - as you can see, there are definitely folks here with answers.
You can definitely make a change to only one portion (the return, in your case) of your itinerary. Go to Southwest.com, and click on "Change Flight." Then, type in your confirmation number and first/last name. You will be prompted to rebook your flight, and then given the fare difference. Very simple! Good luck, and please post if you have any follow up questions.

Hi @Doug121,
We are not discontinuing flights between Denver and Aruba or Denver and Punta Cana. That said, most of our scheduled service to international destinations like Aruba and Punta Cana leave early in the morning from gateway cities like Baltimore, Atlanta, and Chicago, which makes it a complex situation to connect from a city like Denver. The best solution is to contact one of our Customer Support and Services Representatives at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA so they can build you a point-to-point routing.

Hi @easttowest,
Your daughter will need to have a valid form of ID when she goes through security, The TSA is generally willing to work with folks who don't have an ID because it's been lost or stolen, but it would be best to refer directly to their website for more information. Check out their ID FAQs here.

Did you spend what was need in the months required? Example: Spend $2,000.00 in 3 months and earn the 50,000 bonus points..... You need to call Chase credit card not Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards and ask them to look at your account and they will be able to tell you if the points were earned and when they we transfered. Good luck!!
