You can’t link the reservation to your account however there is a manage reservation button on the app you can type in the confirmation number and name then you can view their reservation but you can’t add your RR account to their reservation
if you are traveling with them on that confirmation number you can add your number when you look up the reservation and then you can see it on your account and earn your points for your ticket (they earn their own points)

That's sad to hear. Oversells happen and there are some rules in place for them. All that has to be done is to follow them.

The do sometimes leave a little early if they were signed off on all the paperwork and for some reason needed to keep the schedule.
I'm sorry they weren't able to wait since it was the last flight of the day, but I hope you have better luck getting to the airport earlier as well.
I cut it close sometimes as well but I'm prepared for the plane to be closed anytime I'm under 30 minutes prior to departure.

sorry your bag was lost I have unfortunately gone though this a couple of times myself and it’s not fun
After you submit receipts it can take up to 30 days for them to respond and in my experience sometimes that comes by mail with a check but they usually post the resolution on the website as well but can take up to 30 days from when you submitted receipts.
so 1st step give them the 5 days to look for your bag
next pile up receipts and submit within 21 days of your bag being lost (if you waited too long to submit receipts that could be an issue for them being liable)
Finally after you submit receipts wait up to 30 days
you could also call the phone number on the original report you filed to get help or maybe some update or you can reach out to southwest on Twitter or though the contact us link and maybe customer relations can investigate and maybe provide an update/compensation

I don’t have the citation but they definitely can bump the last people to check in.
According to FlightAware the plane flew and was a Max8 so there was some other cause of denied boarding.
They have to issue compensation with denied boarding, but this sounds like something different with a schedule change. Anyway - in case you take the refund option the compensation comes after you are inconvenienced, so now is the time to ask.

Great question @scottandrew1973 ! As others have mentioned, the program was halted. That said, as an Employee myself, receiving a KickTail is still a very meaningful thing so if you have them I'd encourage you to still hand them out.

Unfortunately you would have to rebook at the going rate. If the price isn’t much higher you could upgrade your ticket to WGA+ then cancel and transfer the flight credit to her so she can rebook rather than you being stuck with flight credit and going out of pocket even more money.
Keep in mind if you transfer the credit and the flight price increased since booking you would be responsible for paying the difference in fare.

That’s terrible. He’s small for his age so I he can say he’s 12 for the next year or so. I was afraid that would happen so that’s why I was just gonna eat it and get him his Ken tsa pre number.
i already used my credit card to get numbers for others in the family. Global entry would be nice but we have to travel two hours away to get it and if so , he’d be the only one with it. We are going international soon but it’s not enough time to get for all five of us.

@MarkHursh is this something your Team is aware of/could look into? @bec102896 seems to have a grasp on what they're referring to, but it appears that after a reservation goes through a schedule change some Customers are unable to take advantage of a price differential because a change is allowed after the schedule change and does not take into account a cheaper fare.

Keep in mind this promotion is different than DND RR credit card points so you may have a promotion from the credit card but you would still need to register for this new promotion for the extra points.
