Am I crazy, or have they eliminated the form for customer service inquiries under the Contact Us link (on this page - it's now "help center" on the main page)?
I rebooked a flight yesterday for a flight credit, but didn't get the credit. I was going to send an email/contact form, but can't find the form anymore.

I've been wondering the same thing. I'm not usually in the running for CP, so I haven't kept great track, but if my math is right, this promo would put me over the top.
I had bonus points post 11/27, but since this promo didn't end until 11/30, it can't be those, right?

I have an unsubstantiated theory that it varies with either the extent of the change or the fare you paid for the original ticket - sometimes I get one change, sometimes two and sometimes three.

The Hawaii flight will have a few snacks - there's a snack pack with the usual snack mix plus cheese and crackers and two Tic Tacs, and they'll also come through with a sweet snack. I can't recall if we had one additional service of just a snack...
That said, for a 6-hour flight, I'd bring something to eat and fill a water bottle in Vegas.

At this point, I can't tell if it's a policy change or failure of training, but I sent an email. I'm glad I didn't rely on the policy - I have a few times considered booking a cheap morning flight and then using the same-day change to switch to a more expensive flight, but didn't want to deal with the hassle. (hmm, that might be a good use case for the Plus fare, though...)

Has anyone had any luck making the same-day flight change as an A-Lister with a Wanna Get Away fare? This is the second time that I've been told that it isn't possible to make the change, and it's standby only - once on the phone and once at the airport (where they initially declined to put me on standby).
Before I call back, am I wrong about the policy? it seems pretty clear on the website, but I'm starting to think maybe I am the one who's wrong here.

The upgrade was $50 from OAK to OGG a couple weeks ago, and it sold out well before the flight.
I'd be surprised if they had contactless/Apple Pay. I've never seen any signs of it.

Not necessarily on the rebook being outrageous. Last week I rebooked a flight the day before the flight because it had dropped $45. I had initially booked the flight using a promo code, and may have rebooked once prior to take advantage of a price drop, so it wasn't an outrageously high price to begin with.
Some routes are crazy expensive right now, but others seem to be bargains. Never hurts to check.

In your Wi-Fi settings, there's an option to "Forget This Network". I find that usually helps trigger the reconnection.
Lately, I'm also finding that the internet won't connect until the plane leaves the gate.

Same-day standby / flight changes could be a big benefit, especially on routes that have frequent flights, like the LA to Bay Area. Before I was A-list (and back when those flights were literally every hour), I definitely would have paid a premium to be able to access that.

No indication of free St. Patrick's Day drinks on my flight last night (I didn't ask), but I've generally felt like the flight attendants aren't promoting alcohol in general, at least on the short flights I take.

Update - I was 3 flights short of A-list for next year, and today my status updated to A-List Plus through the end of 2022, so points flights definitely counted! (now if only I hadn't panicked and rebooked three flights from points to cash...)

I actually reached out via Twitter today (since I've flown 11 one-way flights during the promotion) and was told that "members will actually begin seeing their Tier status within two weeks of the promotion ending." I'm still a little concerned about award vs reward, but fingers crossed that it all works out!

I've been getting increasing nervous about this promo, wondering if the "reward" vs "award" fine print was going to leave me off the A-list for next year, so I've rebooked basically all of my points flights to cash for the rest of the year to make sure I hit my 25. And then today I actually reached out via Twitter and was told that "members will actually begin seeing their Tier status within two weeks of the promotion ending." So, the four-week timeline was wrong, and hopefully we'll all see our status renew around December 3.
