If you're using an iOS device, try following these steps:
1) Go to settings
2) Click "WiFi"
3) Click the blue "i" to the right of the Southwest WiFi
4) Click "Forget this Network"
That should take care of the problem, but let us know if it doesn't.

Hello former Employee! While you’re waiting for the snail mail, you may try this: On a NON-Apple product, visit mytaxform.com.
1) Enter 15275 for the Company Code
2) Enter your Employee number including the lower case “e” (ex. e12345) for your ID
3) If you do not know your User ID or have never created a User ID, click “Forgot User ID” to create your login credentials
4) Follow the prompts to reset your login and verify your identity Once you get to the home page, navigate to "My Account", and scroll about halfway down the page. Click both the W2 and 1095c boxes and select “receive online.” Complete all prompts and acknowledgments. Next, you will be taken to the Equifax main page. Select the Tax Forms button (located just above my account) and your W-2 forms should be available for download.
If you do not see your forms available on the main page, you are not set up for online.
1) Select the “Menu” icon, navigate to "My Account," and scroll down to the “Deliver Selections” sections
2) Click the two red boxes
3) Click the box to the right to receive your forms online
4) Consent and verify your home address and email address
5) Submit and confirm
6) Retrieve forms

It sounds like there were at least a couple things going on here, the first being a Customer Service issue. Based on what you've written, I think we may have missed an opportunity to offer the Southwest Hospitality for which we're truly known. Regardless of the regulations surrounding the event, I think it goes without saying that nobody appreciates being ignored or having instructions shouted at them from afar. I'm truly sorry that was your experience.
Flight Attendants are not required to lift or move bags around on the plane, and this is for their Safety. Our Flight Attendants have no way of knowing what is inside a bag or how heavy it is, and because their primary responsibility is ensuring the Safety of our Customers, they need to avoid situations that could potentially cause an injury.
That said, I hope you'll come back and allow us to serve you again in the future. I'm confident we can provide a more pleasant experience than this one.
