I used to get an alert telling me what my boarding position would be and reminding me to retrieve my boarding pass at least 10 minutes before the flight. But for the past two or three tickets I've stopped reviewing any alerts from the southwest app. I have all notifications turned on in settings and still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

Check other destinations? I know SJU is pretty affordability priced on SW and so are Costa Rica flights... I mean the bottom line is that it's all about supply and demand, airlines will charge as much as the market will bear.

Lately I've been packing my shoes and sneakers in a backpack - does the trick and frees up my bag. I love my Briggs & Riley. It's expensive but bc it contracts I can easily fit at least a week of clothes in there.
