I tried your suggestion and that was my original intent for the employees to get recognized. It's not intuitive on how to accomplish my objective. I will keep trying to figure out how.
Thanks

I'm wondering if this will come to be known as the Spring DISASTER?
Better luck next time...
My mother-in-law arrived on her flight even a little bit early today. So for Southwest no impact to us today, I'd say not a disaster.

Whether you want to accept this, or not, most platforms are built around an Apple iPhone and when you introduce other brands of products, they simply don't mix well. The same can be said about automotive diagnostic software as well as home computers and associated hardware.
Years ago I learned that if you are going to have an HP operating system (Hewitt Packard) then all of your equipment (printer, laptop, desktop, etc.) needs to also be HP. Yes, you can get other components to work, but it isn't worth the constant headache of dissimilar software drivers.
I've used Apple products since my first iPhone in 2014 and never had an issue. I'd recommend that you do the same.

I do pretty much the same as Jessica. And I book a hotel that is giving out larger amounts of points for staying. Often more than what I could bargain shop for, but in the long run, helps me get the companion pass 10 years running. I use to do a rental car, but found out that you normally pay more using SW partners. I just add my frequent traveler info to my rental car company and get the 600 points that way.

This has also started at CABO San Joes airport. Not sure why this has started to pop up, but just another thing to contend with and why I always get to the airport very early when going to Mexico.

I suggest you review posts up thread that suggest either writing the CEO or using social media. That is certainly going to be better than continuing to call

To provide a more thorough answer to your question, assuming you are planning to have the child be a lap child, you get one carry-on bag and one personal item. The diaper bag would count as an item and is not exempt from the baggage policy so to ensure quick and easy boarding it is suggested that you somehow combine these three items down to two
-1 small carry on suitcase
-1 personal bag for carry on
-1 diaper bag
OR... since you are gate checking the stroller, go ahead and gate check the small carry-on suitcase too. That would get you under the limit of one carry-on iten and one personal item.
The baby carrier isn't going to be counted.
Having said all that, if the child has their own ticket then you actually get 2 carry-on items and 2 personal items so there's no problem with your original plan.
Hopefully that's clearer than previous information you've received. Enjoy your flight!
I can't find the reference but I do remember brining diaper bags as an extra third carry-on for a lap child.
Not sure if that has changed or been clarified to not be the case currently.
TSA allows it generally, I can find the citation for one of the other carriers where diaper bag is explicitly allowed as a third item. That airline is known to be crabbier than Southwest, so I'm thinking it is still allowed for Southwest as well.

I've personally redeemed thousands of points filling out surveys. Most are anywhere from 25-150 points per survey. If you don't qualify for the survey, you get 3 points.

A fraudulent charge?
What's more likely is that you booked a nonrefundable reservation. That's why you were charged and cannot be refunded, even when/if you cancelled.

I notice for 700 aircraft’s it’s 35min turn (sometimes 30 in small cities like OKC, LBB) if they do an aircraft swap they allow 45min for the turn
with the 800 and MAX8 planes it is a 45min turn (sometimes 50-55min) when it is an aircraft swap they do an hour however it can always leave before that the system just does that hints why a flight might be showing delayed 1min

They are on the move again and seem to be using the last batch of gates today including M38, 39, 40, and....32.
I was out visiting the airport but not flying this weekend and noticed a big blue bird sitting at the far end (M40) and thought i would check in on the gates.

Most software systems attach the suffix to the last name, or there is a separate field for suffix.
Agree that you need to contact Southwest and have them align your name in their "system" to your passport.

For people who do not abuse the preboard option I do recommend checking in normally as you would 24 hours prior to departure, then if you do not like the assigned boarding position, purchase the upgraded boarding. This is a better way to guarantee a good boarding position when compared to EarlyBird which is not primarily intended to improve boarding positions. This method also allows you to evaluate your free option and decide if you want to purchase an upgrade. The cost difference between EarlyBird and upgraded boarding is minimal on non-stop flights.

You can ask TSA anything, but their information is wholly unreliable. For the most part, they operate as if the airport were a Police State and forget that as a citizen, we have rights.
I'm watching a few cases where the plaintiff challenged the authority of TSA and pushed back, filing a lawsuit against TSA and the individual agent. It appears that the thinking of the courts is beginning to align with how the police are regulated and there is no more immunity just because a TSA agent did it.
The times they are a changing.

You can calculate your own earnings, as best you can determine, and enter that in your tax software, indicating that you failed to receive a W-2 from the employer. The IRS will be very generous with you as far as accuracy and withholding.
The law says that these must be sent to employees by January 31st of the following tax year.
I had this situation in my past, years ago, and could not get anyone to deal with the issue. I filed, I got a refund and my return was "accurate".
Whatever you report will show on your Social Security earnings record, as well, unless formally corrected.

You waited until you exited the plane to report the issue? At that point what would you expect the FA to do?
was it a full flight? If not did you not try moving seats?
if you are in fear of calling the FA inflight just take a walk to the back and talk to the FA in the back and they can take action

@floridaguy the issue for you is 1)no one will believe you if you say you got a refund and 2)no one trusts you to admit you didn't get a refund.
That's the problem when all your posts have been unhelpful, you have no credibility.
It is possible you find one phone agent who feels sorry for you. By policy though, EarlyBird is non-refundable.

Keep in mind your boarding position would have been worse without EarlyBird. Why it continues to be seen as primarily a way to improve your boarding position baffles me, its main purpose is to check you in so you don't have to worry about it. It's perfect for times when you are on vacation or have an early morning flight and you don't want to deal with checking in 24 hours prior to departure. For improving boarding position, upgraded boarding within 24 hours of departure is the way to go.

I had a visit with my friend again, a Captain. How does he determine if a passenger is drunk or not,...he is not trained to identify a drunk person? Per my friend the Captain, he goes by watching the person or makes a quick determination,..or he is notified by security. He just denied another "drunk" a couple of days ago. After 26 years or so as a commercial pilot, he hasn't been "called on the carpet" yet by his bosses. A couple of other friends of mine who are SW pilots, (I use to fly with them in the Air Force),. they have done the same thing,...no repercussions. I also know a couple of FAs and, according to them, FAs hate to deal with drunk passengers,...and there are plenty.
