Using a bot is easily against Southwest Terms of Service and you could be banned if using it and got caught.
That aside, what you're looking for is easily attained by purchasing an Anytime or Business Select fare, which includes Early Bird.

Thank you for your kind words. According to Southwest's policy regarding pet carriers:
Southwest Airlines® Pet Carrier - dimensions: 17” (L) x 10” (W) x 9.5” (H).
Other pet carriers with maximum dimensions of 18.5” (L) x 13.5” (W) x 9.5” (H).
I'm assuming the carrier I purchased will be just fine?
Hello! Looking at the policy, yes, Southwest's specified maximum height for the pet carrier is 9.5" as you posted.
https://www.southwest.com/help/booking/pet-policy
Per federal law, the pet carrier must be small enough to fit under the seat in front the paying customer. The dog must also be completely inside the pet carrier and must be able to stand up and move around the carrier with ease.
Given that the carrier in question is 11" in height, I would not use this size given the height clearance limitations beneath the seat regardless of whether the carrier is flexible or can be 'squeezed' down. Unlike regular backpacks, duffels or purses that can be squeezed down, the slack from 'squeezing' a pet carrier cannot constrain the dog from standing or move about in the carrier.
I would also certainly first check and see if your dog can comfortably fit in a 9.5" high carrier and has the ability to stand up an move within it before proceeding any further with any travel planning with the pet aboard Southwest.

I suspect this email is a phishing scam attempt. This does not look like a genuine Southwest email. I would forward this message with the message headers intact to Southwest so it can be further investigated:

Thanks for the responses! I wrote to SW's customer service, and here is their reply. I'm sure it's a form letter in a file they can easily access, which is fine with me tbh:
"We're so glad that you enjoy Southwest Airlines’ low fares and heartfelt Hospitality. We appreciate your suggestion for Southwest to start serving Bakersfield, CA. We strive to be the hometown airline in every city we serve by offering low fares with no hidden fees and going above and beyond to make your day brighter. While we can’t make any promises to serve Bakersfield at this time, your request has been shared internally. We appreciate your patronage, and we hope to serve you onboard soon."
So if anyone here also likes this idea, you might consider writing to Southwest Airlines' customer service email so I'm not the only one:

No - in rare cases I've seen BS apparently sold out while there were still WGA fares left.
1-15 - get them while they are hot!
I don't think there should normally be any limit on Anytime though - if Anytime is sold out, the flight is sold out.
All of the others could be blocked from sale for one reason or another but still have seats open.

My mother recently passed away and not to long after I got a pet tortoise. She is 3.5" x 4" in size. She's quiet, adorable and completely harmless. She has been a huge emotional support for me in dealing with this loss. I read that small animals can be brought on board as long as they're in a tsa approved carrier. Is it possible to bring her?
My condolences for your mother. As mentioned, domestic dogs and cats are permitted aboard Southwest per Southwest policy:
We welcome small vaccinated domestic cats and dogs in an appropriate pet carrier in the cabin on domestic flights. Carriers must be stowed under your seat. For Customers traveling to Puerto Rico, specific requirements may apply. We do not accept pets on flights to or from Hawaii.

The stroller won’t count as a carry-on against your (ticketed passenger) count as it will be gate checked. Be sure to get a stroller tag from the gate agent prior to boarding.

Hi, I booked a flight to Seattle (Wanna Get Away) with a payment combination of using a card, and using two separate travel funds. Immediately after I booked, the cost of the return flight went down $100+. So here's my question: generally, Wanna Get Away reservations get refunded in the form of travel funds when cancelling a flight. But since I booked with combination travel funds and cash, will I lose either if I cancel? Will I lose the travel funds? The cash? Will I keep them all, but have them refunded as three separate travel funds or will they all refund together in one lump travel fund? Also: if I cancel this flight, will it go back to being the higher cost or will it remain at this new cost? Finally, if it *does* remain at the lower cost, and if everything is refunded together as one travel fund, that will be more than the new cost of the flight. If I use that, will I lose all the travel funds or only what's necessary to pay for the flight?
Just to clarify - if you "change" the flight to any other flight or even the same one you already have, the pricing will be trued up to the current advertised price.
If the flight costs more then you'd have to pay the different, if the flight costs less you get travel credit back.
All your credit and cash went into the ticketing system - for a WGA ticket the only thing that comes back is new flight credits, combining the ones you paid for the flight.
I'm curious when you say "immediately" that it went down $100 like while you were still sitting at the computer, or do you mean the next day or that week?
I would review what you paid, it's unlikely that any WGA fare would drop $100 like that.
The only other thing I can think of is if you were buying multiple tickets - in that case if you have "1 left" at a certain price and you go to buy two tickets, both will be at the next pricing tier and the single ticket may still remain at the old price.
Don't give away any identifying information but if you want to dig into this further you might need to point us to the flight so we can see the current price or take a screenshot or something. Snip out anything that identifies you personally.

Hey there, @Gabrielle2501!
Thank you so much for reaching out! And for your interest in joining our Houston Family!
I took a quick look, and there was a *ton* of interest in both of these postings. That helps explain why the process is taking longer than you (or we) would hope - so sorry for the wait there!
The Ramp Agent position is well underway, and our Team has been reviewing applications and meeting Candidates in the order they applied. Since you did apply later in the process, they haven't gotten to your application just yet. Fingers crossed they'll be able to meet you and get to know your interest in the role!
For the Customer Service Agent, the application review for that position looks to be just starting. The Team will also review applications in the order received in order to meet with Candidates, and I've got my fingers crossed that you'll land an interview and get to meet with the Team!
Keep an eye on your email inbox (and any junk/spam folders - just in case) for an update as soon as one is available. Thanks for checking in on these applications! Rooting for you - hang in there!

Like dfwskier and @DancingDavidE stated, this schedule release isn't an announcement of any new airports being serviced, but rather enhancements to our route offerings.
@floridaguy while you may not have a desire for Southwest to service Knoxville and/or to travel there yourself, I ask that you 1.) be respectful and courteous - as there are Customers who would appreciate that offering present on the forum and 2.) be relevant to the topic you're engaging in. These are both Community User Guidelines that all Community users must abide by.

Yes! The terms are that you get two items of baby gear per kiddo, it doesn't matter which are gate checked and which are curbside, or ticket counter.
The only issue I ran into on this front was when we used a resort check-in one time at Disney they marked us down with having used all our allowances and then when I wanted to check another item at the airport they thought we had used up all of our allowance.

When you go to cancel the ticket you should get a choice for refund or travel credit.
I'm not sure what scenario would make the travel credit better but that wasn't your question.

The claim process outlined is the way to go. Given the four hour window, you may want to go to the CONTACT US section and advise them of what happened.
Personally, I've never had a piece of luggage damaged by Southwest. However, sometimes people other than Southwest employees will handle baggage and even the airport machinery can damage articles.
