To clarify though, there is no way to apply the rest of this credit to another passenger? I believe it says non-transferable when I view my total flight credits.
Not in one step. Others have reported that if one uses a non transferable credit to buy a WGA+ ticket and then cancel that ticket, then the resultant travel credit becomes transferable.
You would then be able to use that credit.

In flight WiFi does not allow streaming, so unless the World Cup is on one of SW's broadcast TV channels, you will not be able to.

I just used Paypal to book a flight. No Problem.
There's no outcry from others about the problem you are seeing, so I think the problem is
unique to you as opposed to something being wrong at SW.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions on how to resolve this matter other than going to small claims court? Thank you.
Sorry this happened to your son.
Well the first thing I would do is DEMAND to know what the "substantial discrepancies" were:
I'd start t with customer service and move on the the CEO if needed.
I'd also file a complaint with the DOT.
I can't seem to post a link at the moment so just search for "DOT airline complaint"

Danielle, points are allocated concurrent with your statement closing date - not when you buy stuff and not if you pay early.
So you'll need to find a different way to get more points. High point hotel stays come to mind

2 points I found interesting, Boeing is shipping new planes, and Southwest is still short pilots
True, but Boeing is still not shipping any Max7s, and Southwest was expecting to take 70 of them THIS YEAR. Heck, the model has not yet been certified, and SW has orders in for 247 of them. This is killing Southwest.
New rules kick in for planes certified after 12/27/2022, and that would apply to the MAX7 as well. The new rules require a cockpit do over, and Boeing has said it might just cancel the model if it gets to that point.

True, but if you "earn" the points in 2022, then they count toward 2022 CP qualification - regardless of when they actually post.
That being said, if they don't post til 2/15/23 then you don't actually get CP til 2/15/23.

i know wanna getaway fares can not transfer but didn't know if we change the fare type if it would be eligible to transfer should it be canceled.
There are other posts on the community that seem to indicate that is so.

It's as packed as I've ever seen it. The TSA que is full. All TSA scanners are operating (first time I've ever seen that)

Sometimes SW does not load any WGA fares. It most likely happens to "desirable" locations at high demand times of year (spring break in this case)..
The airline thinks it can sell all the seats at the advertised price. If that turns out to not be the case, SW will add some WGA fares later. I've seen this phenomenon on several routes for the week before Christmas this year. "best" prices dropped by about 40%.
There's no way to know if that will happen to you.
You have 3 options
1) Keep on watching and if fares drop, then buy.
2) Buy now and keep watching. If fares drop, trade in your ticket for the lower priced one and get a travel fund good for future use. The option does give a a placeholder seat in case things sell out later
3) Buy a ticket on a different airline.

If I couldn't get compensation for something like that, I seriously doubt I would get one because "my 'FREE" movie would not play."

I was super messed up - purchased $150.00 from their travel partner on 12-30 and 12-31-21, to give me the points I needed last year (1200) to reach CC pass. They posted on my Card Statement on the correct dates but didn't show on the actual statement until February. The points from the Partner were never sent to SWA. I would still like to fix it but not sure how to proceed.
I'm confused. You were trying to get Companion Pass in 2021, but apparently failed.
How does fixing it now make much of a difference, since the pass you would have earned in 2021 would expire on 12/31/22.
The rule on Companion Pass points is that as long as you "earned" them in 2021, then they could towards 2021 companion pass regardless of when they actually show up in your RR account. You earn points from Chase on the date your monthly statement issues.

The rule on all points is that it is when you earn them that matters. So if you earn the points concurrent with your 12/25/22 statement, then those points will count for 2022 qualification regardless of when they actually post.
Congrats on attaining A List!

Could Southwest do away with Family Boarding? Sure, they could, but I don't imagine that would ever happen.
Well, if Southwest were to do away with family boarding, it would sure run counter to recent DOT jaw boning
"
The Transportation Department on Friday urged airlines to make it easier for families to sit together on planes at no extra charge.
The department said in a notice to airlines that the carriers “should do everything that they can to ensure the ability of a young child” 13 or younger to sit next to an older family member.

Travel funds shouldn't expire. They're not promotional items. It was real money that was paid for flights that didn't occur in spring of 2020, due to COVID.
People that bought WGA tickets before the rules changes agreed to terms in which in certain circumstances the travel funds would expire. No one forced people to buy those tickets.
