They didn't say Vietnam vet anywhere just 100% disabled veteran. I'm also a 100% disabled veteran myself. Have been since 2006 when I came home from Iraq and I'm now 40. I have very often struggled to hide my limp and sometimes you'd never notice anything. I also look perfectly capable, but if I'm in shorts you can see the difference and if I don't have a seat in front with extra leg room I won't be able to move for days. I have an iPhone 12, flew last year on SWA and had no issues. This year I was unable to hold an internet connection or get the splash screen to come up. 20+ years in IT, I was destined to resolve my issue. I used all the suggestions without success. I then traveled on Alaska Airlines and had the exact same connectivity issues. What’s different this year from last year? I realized I had installed a pop-up blocker utility called Guardio this year to protect me from malicious websites and annoying popups. Try disabling any pop-up blockers in the settings of Safari, Chrome or Edge (whichever one your phone uses to connect to southwest wifi. Additionally my phone had Guardio - a pop-up blocker/unsafe website utility on it. I couldn't access the wifi on Southwest.  Then on Alaska airlines a few days later I continued to have the exact same issue. skhagger,    I just had your same exact experience with transferring points to a friend. They charged me $450 😂 for transferring 45000 points to a friend. To clarify, you the passenger make the decision about whether or not you need to pre board.   No airline employee may refuse your request.   So if you tell the gate agent you need to pre board, you will be allowed to pre board. ... View more
