Unless dealing with a plane with lots of continuing passengers, I have found that If I board as late as about B10 that I'll find an aisle or window seat in row 11 and forward.
which you won;t get on United unless you pay $40-$60 more for the seat.

Hi, I was connecting my flight for 2 people I have booked with the app and when I attached my rapid rewards number it attached it to the wrong passenger. How do I take the RR off my second passenger and put it under my name?
Go ahead and write to the home office if you aren't flying for several months.
Otherwise I would call or use Twitter to reach out if you use that. Don't sent any personal information until they request a direct message.
Usually the name would have to match the RR account, so if you accidentally put yours on someone else I think calling would resolve this fairly quickly.
I don't think you can do this self-service unless the system automatically rejects it at some point, then you could go back and add it correctly. But if not, just put in a call.

FWIW, outside of this weird and kinda funny technical issue, I think SWA has done a tremendous job on its IFE library the last several years. There’s almost as much selection now as on my transatlantic flights.

Most will show up as a flight credit in your account for an amount equal to purchase.
If you had unusual circumstances, you could call Southwest CS and request a refund.

My mind is made up on this one. I am NOT going to be restricted by some general announcement that someone has an allergy, someone has some sensitivity, etc.
Your rights end where mine begins. You need to make choices.
Thumbs up to Southwest for NOT announcing your condition and for suggesting that you not attend the flight!
No one is restricted, all they do is make an announcement so everyone can make a decision for themselves.
I don't know current policy, but they have made these types of announcements in the past so there is precedent for it to happen.
The OP asking for this isn't unreasonable if they've seen it be done before. (Have they been doing it on every flight the OP takes?)
But TL;DR: @tappingmom1 said it the best with all of the actions the OP can take directly and that's all the control there is on this issue.

Hello everyone, I will travel to Hawaii with my 4 kids (1 -3 years old) I am planning to bring our 4 seats stroller! (as picture below) i wonder if I will be able to check it in at the gate or it has to be checked in at the ticket counter! Thank you so much for your time!
I'm not aware of any distinction between counter-check, curbside, and gate check so if you want to use it through the airport the gate check should work.
I don't believe the baggage size allowance applies to baby gear:
https://community.southwest.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Traveling-with-Little-Ones-The-Logistics/ta-p/91231
Make sure to get your gate check tag prior to boarding so you will be able to use family boarding.
Are there other adults traveling with you and are there two lap children? There are four oxygen masks per three-seat row.

Diaper bags used to be allowed as an additional free item, but has quietly gone away on SWA and several other airlines...so I understand the confusion.
These airlines no longer allow diaper bags as a free allowance:

These airlines do allow diaper bags as a free allowance:
American Airlines
Frontier Airlines
Jet Blue
Spirit Airlines (surprise, surprise)
United Airlines
You're fortunate to have three other adults to assist you. Do your best to be prepared for the unexpected (once, I need two complete infant outfit changes during a simple 3-hour flight). Wishing you a stress-free flight with your two small kiddos!!
This is disappointing! I did find where breast milk is allowed as a free carry on and which would include a diaper bag carrying the breast milk.
https://www.southwest.com/help/flying-with-children/flying-with-infants
We welcome nursing Customers who wish to breastfeed onboard or within our facilities.
Baggage containing a breast pump and/or breast milk may be brought onboard in addition to the standard carryon limit of one bag plus one small, personal item. You might be asked the nature of the additional carryon bag(s) throughout travel. Keep in mind that we don’t have electrical outlets onboard for personal use.
If you have questions or concerns about transporting liquid formula through a security checkpoint, explore the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security screening procedures on the TSA website.
Also remember if the kid does have their own ticket, then they get their own two items but that wouldn't apply to a lap child.

I just don't see Provo UT as a Southwest airport. With a population of 115k in the city, that's likely not enough to justify the investment.
You could call Southwest and the Provo UT airport to see if either knows about a Southwest appearance in the foreseeable future.

I called Southwest again today while I was in the car. I explained my prior call as well as my post here which was debated as proprietary information which would never be released via the Customer Service line.
I was assured that there is nothing secret about which airports that Southwest intends to add to their list and that I should rest assured that Knoxville TN is not one of those locations, at least not in the foreseeable future.
In addition, I called McGhee Tyson airport and asked about Southwest being a future carrier. After being passed to a few people, I was told that there is no information as to when or if Southwest would use their airport. I also brough up the 2015 renovation of the airport which was intended to "lure" Southwest which didn't happen. I was told that "obviously that didn't work".
So, there you go. The only thing left to do is to invoke my journalist credentials and write a story document sources. But, I'm not that interested.
At this point, I'd suggest waiting another 52 years and see if things change.

Not necessarily. Despite your own costs, there is market competition. You might have to keep a price at a certain price point to maintain your presence. In the long run, it won't work but a business does not come and go based upon daily costs.
If watch the Southwest pricing model, I can typically recover 1/3 of the cost of the initial ticket by checking the pricing model as the time to the flight gets nearer. I use those credits on future flights so that is a smart Southwest strategy as well.
I was surprised on my last flight from MCO to PIT where I flew round-trip for $265. More than half of the original fare got recovered as the prices dropped.

Sorry to hear that this happened to you.
The only way for this to happen is for the agent to print the bag tag before he/she made the flight switch. Once the switch is made there is no way for the system to print a bag tag with the wrong information.
As said up thread, complain to SW. You are likely to score a voucher for your trouble, and if not, at least an apology.
Agreed - the agent can't arbitrarily send your bag on a different flight, they must have already printed the tags before you made the switch, and then accidentally put them on instead of printing new tags.
Once you were switched then they won't be able to print the wrong tags.
Not that this wouldn't still suggest a voucher for you, but I think the timing is different than what you are saying up above. The labels had to be printed while you were still on the later flight.

I am an advocate of filing a dispute, in writing, with your credit card carrier. You can also concurrently work with Southwest on the issue. You have the right to file your dispute under Federal laws.
To suggest that a LUV voucher would be a constellation for not exercising your dispute rights is invalid. If anything, going to the trouble to file a dispute would likely invoke the reaction to smooth it over with an angry customer.
The EBCI has been debated at length on this board. I would not recommend using it, either.

@BsYadav69 yes, TSA does occasionally perform random ID checks at the gate when boarding. Nothing to be alarmed about and certainly nothing to sue anyone over. If you have specific issues with how it was done submit your feedback to TSA.

Additional screening is specifically allowed, so although it may be inconvenient or the usage may seem inappropriate, it is allowed for them to ask.
If the major complaint was about inconvenience then i don't think it would be worth your effort to submit anything.

While the fee for checked bags may be an added expense for passengers, it's a standard practice among many airlines, and SWA has made efforts to be transparent about their fees and offers competitive pricing in other areas.
