did you get any help? same thing just happened to me! I don't understand why we cant see transitions on the account and cancel them. I was told mine were used for a gift card but regular support couldn't help me, now i am oh hold for well over an hour trying to talk to someone. Did you get your points back???

I understand your situation of limited time, and many of the points have been covered. But with the limited non-stop anymore, I've found myself doing SWA on one way of the trip and another airline for the other way. It seems to be working for me, and of course, I'm a part of the other airline's reward program as well.

Just to reiterate... it's your PHONE populating the calendar from your email. This is an annoying "feature" which gives you a snapshot of your original itinerary... regardless of whether it is changed by you or southwest. Better to use the app.

This may not be exactly the same as Southwest.com, but on Southwest you go to My Account > Profile > Login & Security. You can edit your Security Questions and Answers there for your standard account. See if there is anything similar on the account you are viewing. --Jessica

Hmm... someone doesn't understand travel funds, and that canceling nonrefundable fares still gives you a year to use them. By his description, he'd have PLENTY of opportunity to use the travel funds. And yet, he hasn't figured that out? And what other airline would have a BETTER cancelation policy? None I know of. Sounds like another fish story to me.

Am I crazy, or has the coffee been awful since the return? I used to think the Community was pretty good (if not amazing or anything) for airline coffee, but it tastes rather bad now. I don’t know if they are using old stale grounds from early 2020, or if the water filtration systems got calcified up, or what. Is it possible that they are using some cheapo generic brand due to supply issues, a la the pretzels right now? It’s enough to make me dip into my per diem and/or suffer the lines at the airport.

LUV vouchers are usually issued as compensation because of flight delays they are valid for a year. Other times the voucher could be issued as a way to extend travel funds that type of voucher is valid for 6 months but usually vouchers because of flight issues or baggage issues are valid for a year.

So I was able to connect to it and it took me to the SW portal and SW community but other sites like Twitter it didn't work unless I paid for the Wi-Fi. Normally if I'm not connected to the southwest network I won't have access to the in flight portal. In this case I could also see the movies, live tv, flight tracker using this network but never seen the network before this flight. Maybe if I see it again I'll stay on the plane and let everyone else get off first when we arrive to see if the network vanishes once other customers are gone.

It's kind of amazing that this was allowed to happen. What happened to the container that the chicken was in? Who thought to put a bunch of raw chicken *through* to baggage claim as-is?!!!? So gross. IMO, you should not have been charged. In the event of a cancellation by Southwest and when Southwest rebooks you, you should have the option to make a one time change for free, even if the cancellation happens the day of your flight. Since this happened the day of, you may not have gotten the typical e-mail with the "Your flight has changed" verbiage with the option to change your flight, but in theory you should have been able to make a complimentary change online. I don't think the Southwest agent should have charged you over the phone. --Jessica
